    This is normally a great fun place to eat, but last Sunday the nicest thing I can say was that it was controlled chaos, and so noisy that conversation was very difficult.

    Went with my son and husband for Father’s Day. 4pm reservation and they ran out of rice, waitress sucked as she never came back to check on us and took forever to bring take out boxes and bills. Chef did NO tricks! Then get the bill and it has a service charge. Asked what it was and waitress said our tip. Mine, chef and bar. I said I tipped the chef! She said then it’s my tip! I said you can’t force people to tip 18%! Complained to manager that the waitress was horrible, ran out of rice, no tricks and you add tip to our bill and she expects more on top? She don’t deserve 18% and I paid the chef cash! He didn’t care! No apologizing nothing! Will never go back! Not worth the money!

    Always amazing steak, scallops and shrimp, but the prices just keep going up, which is why we only go once per year. And though they give you a $30 birthday voucher, it's only good Monday - Thursday, so I was unable to use it again as we dined on my birthday, which was on a Friday, so that is very disappointing.

    Last time we had great service but this time it was very busy and we had to keep asking for refills and stuff. Wasn’t the server’s fault but how the tables around us all filled up simultaneously! Bad planning! Great food!! We gave a great tip to our chef and waitress as it wasn’t their fault but how the seating needs to be better managed.

    The people doing the cooking are Not putting on a good show like what we experienced in the past. Last 2 times we have been very disappointed—$700 for 9 people

    Cook burned his hand on the grille and continued working on the same cooking surface with no cleaning or anything. Very unsanitary.

    The place was understaffed, our waitress was taking orders and bussing tables. The floors were filthy no cleaning was done in between sittings. It was extremely noisy and felt very chaotic.
