   With a reservation in place, our family of four arrived at the restaurant on a bustling Saturday night and were seated without hesitation. The staff expertly handled our drink and food orders. The hostess, servers, and kitchen staff all contributed to an outstanding experience; the restaurant's spotless and well-organized environment was notable. Chef NHA, who has been part of the team for more than 18 years, deserves particular commendation for his culinary expertise, attentive service, and warm greeting. Given our frequent visits to Benihana, the quality of food and service we received was remarkable.

   My Hibachi steak was very fatty as well as others at the table. We were not told about the upcharge for chicken fried rice just asked if we wanted it, as if it were part of our meal. The refills on water and soda were scarce and we had to track the wait staff down. The Hibachi chef was awesome.

   The waiter had no customer service etiquette. Very rude and short did not explain the experience we would be having nor if we would like addition meal selections such as appetizers or refills on our beverages. I ordered a sushi roll before, I was hoping to have prior to our food was being prepared and it never arrive, nor did he apologize for missing it. The overall dining experience was God awful and for the amount of money spent and the state of our financial strife the world we are in are experiencing at this moment our dining experience needed to be handled much better. This was not my 1st time dining at this location but because this experience I will no longer be coming to the Troy, MI location. I will also be considering if I will ever patronize any Benihana's again. Also, it was my aunt and my 97-year-old grandmother's birthday celebration that was utterly ruined. Thank you!

   We arrived at the restaurant before our 5pm reservation and were told that we would have at least a 45 minute to an hour wait. We waited almost two hours. We had 8 in our party and arrived to our table where they added in two additional chairs. 10 people at our table was tight! The service was not the same because our waitress was over-worked. She just couldn't keep up and that was no fault of hers. The chef was really good. We didn't leave until 9pm. That means we were there for 4 hours! The place was jammed. Someone must have overbooked their reservations. Shame on corporate for allowing that to happen. This was not the experience we were used to at one of our favorite restaurants. Hopefully it improves.

   Did a reservation for 3:30 ain’t eat until 5pm and when I checked in the lady told me 30-45 minutes.

   Mi reserva fue para 7:45pm me sentaron a las 9:15 de la noche y después de eso tuve que esperar una hora más para que atendieran, no me dieron cubiertos, en fin un costumer service pésimo, la chef muy atenta y comida deliciosa pero no creo que regrese
