   Food was heavily peppered and lacked any other flavor. Everyone woke up sick the next morning. Food was way over priced and seafood overcooked. we often had wait long time for drinks

   Skip this location at all costs. Our waitress came to our table with incorrect items each time. We were seated an hour after our reservation and then we didn't receive soup or salad for an hour. Our reservation was at 9:15 and we left there after midnight. It was inane. We saw so many customers complaining. I asked for my son's food as soon as it was ready since it was almost 11 pm and they brought out cold food. It was an awful birthday dinner. We'll never go to this location again. What is the point of a reservation? And the employees at the hostess stand were arguing with a manager or owner. Some people would get moved ahead of other people while we sat there not eating for over two hours.

   Had a later reservation at 8:15pm didn’t get sat until 9pm. The server and cooked asked what we were Celebrating and I told them my Sons 23rd birthday, and it wasn’t recognized. Our drinks had been empty before we even started eating our meal and had to call server over to make aware. At end of meal our server was no where to be found so we walked to front counter and paid there.

   Enjoyed our dining experience at Benihana’s as always. The chef was always entertaining and the servers were attentive. Food is delicious and the whole experience was just simply fun!

   Our food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However... it seemed as if the servers were too busy to attend to everyone and there were a couple periods during which we were wondering "so what's supposed to happen next?". We weren't served the green tea included with our entrees, and we never received the requested to-go sauces for our left-overs which was mildly disappointing. For the price I'd really have expected these basics to be covered, but hey maybe this location has an inferior rating to the one in Temecula for these reasons. A bit of room to improve for sure, but otherwise we had a wonderful evening.

   Miy bien serbicio, la comida buena. El comedor necesita mantenimiento, se ve todo muy desgastado. Mucho humo en el comedor, salimos con la ropa oliendo a aceite quemado.

   Our chef took 1 hour and 30 minutes to come tonour table but our chefbhe was amazing !

    The restaurant was understaffed, but The chef, Cal, was great. The food was also delicious. The low point was the manager’s limit of one, green tea per person. The bill was over $200, and she worried about the cost of tea in a Japanese restaurant? Really ? It left a bad taste after a good meal. The family next to us ordered tea and gave it to us to get around the silly policy.
