    This may have been the worst dining experience I've had in the last decade. Restaurant was severely understaffed. For a reservation at 7:30 waited nearly an hour to be seated. The hosteds at the front demanded a client move over a seat which caused half the table to be resat. it took nearly an hour to get the chef out to the table after the order was taken. Management did not address any wait time until 40 minutes after our order was taken, staring it takes 45 minutes for the chef to prepare the table. We sat at our table for over an hour waiting for the chef orders to be taken. Once the chef arrived he did a wonderful job and food was delicious. While our chef was cooking our food another table was sat, ordered, chef arrived and were cooking in nearly 20 minutes. Overall experience was inexcusable and management should be ashamed of how this whole situation was handled, and the hostess needs to be instructed on how to speak to people. the 15% discount was laughable given the experience. What happened to Benihana?

    The food was not as good as it has been in the past. Very bland. Wasn’t cooked all the way through. Just didn’t like the taste of the food. Cook barely communicated and did not make a good presentation.

    This was our first time at this restaurant. Our reservation was at 7:45 PM, but we were not seated until 8:50 PM. The line of people waiting to be seated was outside in the parking lot. Once seated, the restaurant was not clean or tidy as it should have been. Additionally, we were coughing frequently due to the excessive smoke from the chefs' cooking and their performances. Overall, it was Fair, but could be better. Recommend hiring more Chefs and waitstaff; we sat for over an hour to get our food cooked. Additionally, I found it challenging to get the attention of the wait staff for a drink of water, despite asking several times. I still did not get a glass of water.

    Waited 1 hr 15 minutes after our reservation and then another 35 minutes before the chef showed up. Then the manager said he’d give us a big discount and he didn’t. This place used to be good. It’s an operational mess. Don’t bother

    I was celebrating a birthday and it felt really underwhelming. My server didn't even say happy birthday and 2 of us didn't get our dessert. The chef only did the "volcano" and "egg roll". I guess it's a hot or miss if you get a very entertaining chef who does more. I've been here several times where the chef is way more entertaining. 3 of my guests have never eaten here so it wasn't that great. I was pretty disappointed with celebrating my birthday here this year. I didn't feel celebrated like I heard some other tables get a birthday song.

    Ricky, Food was absolutely outstanding 10/10 . The Food was absolutely delicious. He has an awesome presentation and made our time so memorable . Definitely will be back as well as recommend.

    We had a 7:30pm reservation booked more than one week in advance. We did not get seated until 9:15pm. We had 2 diabetics and several over 70 and 80 years in our group. All the people present had reservations, none we were told we walk-ins. Others in line had small children and babies. Imagine waiting 2 hours with small ones when you first get seated when it's your child's bedtime! Running almost 2 hours behind reservation times is unacceptable. on the QT we were told the corporate office opens up more reservations than the seating can handle. This needs to be changed and I hope someone is listening. The managers, host staff, wait staff and food preparation were 5 star. But really it is unacceptable to wait for a reservation for almost TWO hours. Benihana corporate: You are losing out on customer loyalty because of your policies.
