Our reservation was at 7:30pm. We arrived a few minutes before. We were seated around 7:45pm. Our drinks were ordered shortly there after and the soup an salad after that. It was about an hour before our chef came out. His name was Trevor and he was awesome! He was entertaining and cooked our food perfectly! While he was making our food, we never had a server come out to check on our drinks so we had to flag someone down. After we got our food we were left alone. Manager came around and turned off the lights around us. This was about 10:00 pm. Finally another server saw us and asked if they forgot us and our table said yes. They manager peeked around the corner and asked if we had gotten our food yet and we said yes then sent our original server over who then apologized and gave some random excuse about why it happened. We asked for our dessert which he then brought out. We came to celebrate my husband’s bday but because they were closing no one sang for him and he didn’t get his bday celebration. I have come to this location so many times over the years and this was THE most horrible experience I have ever had! If it wasn’t for the chef, the entire night would’ve been a complete disaster. I will probably NEVER come to this location again even though Benihana is my absolute favorite restaurant!!!

We came here for my daughter’s 49th birthday and it was just perfect. We had more fun than we expected. The servers and chef were professional and combined their efforts to create a delightful ambience the whole time we were there. Great place for a birthday party smash hit!

The food was very good, a little expensive. We were able to make the reservation 40 minutes before arriving, which was exceptional.

We waited 40 minutes for a table and we had a reservation. Once seated it took another 30 minutes just to get drinks. We then waited another 40 minutes for dinner service to begin. Several items that were ordered at our table were never served after asking multiple times. The Teppanyaki Chef was great but our server was not. One of the people at our table actually grabbed to go boxes for our entire table because our server had disappeared once again. We spoke to the manager and she couldn’t care less about the poor service. She could use some proper management training because she apparently isn’t managing anything. Very disappointed!

An 1hr wait to be seated, another hr for the chef and server was triple sat. Left service unattainable. So not with the money we paid

We (a party of 9 - 5 adults, 4 kids) went to Benihana's to celebrate a birthday. We had a reservation and had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated - not bad considering it was 6:30 on a busy Saturday evening. Our servers were great and kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Our cook (Isaac) was wonderful. He kept the food coming and entertainment continuous throughout the entire meal. There were many food options, and the food was fresh, good and hot off the grill. Everyone in the party was satisfied with their choices, portions and overall experience. The overall experience took about 2 hours. We will definitely return.

Service was bad. Waiter kept apologizing but very slow. We got our salads at the same time the chef was serving the Fried Rice. Had to ask several times for water and tea. He was not very attentive.
