    We made a reservation for 8:45pm and it was 10pm before we were seated. It was so busy! I don’t know if there reservation system isn’t working properly but the wait time was ridiculous. Our chef, server, and food were great though!

    Always a staple place for good food and fun when entertaining out of town guests. Wish they would allow parking in the lot across the street. Parking lot is small.

    I had a reservation for 7:45pm for my mother in laws birthday and didn’t get seated until 9:20pm. The host kept giving us a run around saying we are next but yet waited almost 2 hrs to get seated with a reservation. Overall our server Ruigi was great and had amazing customer service which made up for our overly long wait time. Towards the end of the night the manger was extremely rude and telling the server in front of us to stop talking and start cleaning the tables. We were originally suppose to get seated at 7:45pm and ended up being the last table at the restaurant, it’s not our fault, then as we were leaving he slammed the front door behind us. Food is great but not worth the wait!!!

    Jesse was our chef. Super funny. Used all the tricks. Had energy. Jayden was our server he was attentive and knew the menu well so we only had to tell him what we wanted.

    The grill was dirty from previous guests. I eat out a lot and spend a lot of money but when i had dinner with my friend with no alcohol, it came to $170 with tip! The orices are very high now if we had drinks it would have been over $200 with no appetizers. Their prices went up. Like 30%, imagine if you had drinks and a few family members it would be like $400. Its not worth it!

    Watch out. I had a reservation for 8 people at 8PM. My entire party shows up a few minutes before 8, and we're "checked in". We stand around for 50 minutes, with zero transparency about the wait time on my "reservation", before we're seated at around 9. We immediately order main courses at the same time as drinks in an effort to speed things up. The drinks and appetizers were brought at a reasonable pace, but 30 minutes go by and we still don't even have our chef. Checked in with our server, who was told our chef would be "right out". Another 30 minutes goes by, still not even a chef. Our server is apologetic, but can't promise us a time that our food could start being made. After a little longer, we ask for the check to leave and eat elsewhere. They comp our drinks/appetizers, and I go eat tacos. Long story short, my 8PM reservation couldn't even bring a chef by 10:15, and I don't know how much longer we would have waited.

    They really need to figure out a better system when it comes to reservations. There’s no way people who make a reservation for 7pm should be eating dinner @9pm. I didn’t get seated until almost 830pm. Maybe taking less time slot reservations. Chef was amazing & food as well

    The poor staff here. They overbooked tables and were short chefs. Dinner took over 3 hours. Manager kept promising chef was coming. Server Linda was AMAZING and the chef Trevor was FANTASTIC. We had reservation at 745, got seated at 830 and didn’t eat until almost 1015pm. This is not fair to the staff to take reservations if you are short staffed. Do better corporate

    Waited an hour to be seated even though we had a reservation and then waited an hour and a half just for our chef to come to our table. Spoke with the manager and she did give us a small discount on our check but from her tone we could tell she did not care.
