Ttaveling for work. Day off and wanted a good meal. Havent been to Benihana in probably 5 years. When I walked in, I saw a line of people, but I was in a seat in a few seconds at the bar. I got a bottle of sake (peach) and the bartender immediately went on break. I thought I would be ignored, so I perused the menu, but within 30 seconds, another bartender covered down and I placed my order. I got the Samurai meal and chose chicken fried rice as my side. Food was perfectly cooked and delicious. I especially enjoyed the mushroom and zucchini salad, the filet, the shrimp, and the side sauces for dipping. There was a slight miscommunication between the expo and returning bartender about my rice which resulted in me getting 2 orders of fried rice, but you wont hear me complaining about free food. Closed my tab with my to go orders and havent stopped talking about my meal since. Definitely an 11 out of 10 experience.

Allison our server was uncaring. Never brought us water. We waited about 10 minutes so we had to ask a gentleman for water. We asked many times the host and others to please call our server and she would still take a while. She forgot what we asked for. At the end, she had forgotten about my mother in laws birthday and then tried to make up for it. The cook was great, friendly and caring to our needs. A gentleman in all black and tall, was hard working efficient and deserves to be promoted.

This was the most disappointing visit to Benihana I've ever had. We came to celebrate my husband's birthday with a group of friends and were quickly abandoned by our server after the first beverage order. Our gracious chef, Angel, arrived before our soup or salad was even served. He spend the rest of the evening multi-tasking and getting us drink refills, dishes cleared, and tracking down missing orders. We truly appreciated Angel, and the food he prepared was great. The rest of the service was disappointing. It was a busy, Saturday night, but it is ALWAYS busy on the weekends. It was very surprising to see the staff overwhelmed and inattentive.

Dinner reservations at 7:15pm we didn’t get seated until 7:45 then they didn’t come to start cooking the food until close to 9pm we didn’t leave until close to 11pm. The rest of my birthday plans had to get cancelled because it took so long for everything.

Good food and the staff were pretty diligent, but we were disappointed the chef wasn't more entertaining as we were hoping our 6 and 2.5 yr olds were really going to love it.

Overall our group of 5 received excellent service. The chef was knowledgeable and professional. He prepared our food quickly and efficiently. He was entertaining. The common complaint about this restaurant is the frequent price increases for food and drinks. We love dining in this restaurant to celebrate special occasions however the price increases is making this restaurant more unaffordable especially for large groups. Since inflation is under control and going down, we hope to see prices decrease otherwise we might have to look for alternative restaurants which are more affordable. Additionally, the birthday certificate discount should be increased since the menu prices continue to increase.

Our reservation was at 7:30pm. We arrived a few minutes before. We were seated around 7:45pm. Our drinks were ordered shortly there after and the soup an salad after that. It was about an hour before our chef came out. His name was Trevor and he was awesome! He was entertaining and cooked our food perfectly! While he was making our food, we never had a server come out to check on our drinks so we had to flag someone down. After we got our food we were left alone. Manager came around and turned off the lights around us. This was about 10:00 pm. Finally another server saw us and asked if they forgot us and our table said yes. They manager peeked around the corner and asked if we had gotten our food yet and we said yes then sent our original server over who then apologized and gave some random excuse about why it happened. We asked for our dessert which he then brought out. We came to celebrate my husband’s bday but because they were closing no one sang for him and he didn’t get his bday celebration. I have come to this location so many times over the years and this was THE most horrible experience I have ever had! If it wasn’t for the chef, the entire night would’ve been a complete disaster. I will probably NEVER come to this location again even though Benihana is my absolute favorite restaurant!!!

We came here for my daughter’s 49th birthday and it was just perfect. We had more fun than we expected. The servers and chef were professional and combined their efforts to create a delightful ambience the whole time we were there. Great place for a birthday party smash hit!
