Our server was rude and non attentive. He was short with responses, didn’t acknowledge when we would say thank you. Definitely ruined the experience

This place needs a deep renovation. Carpet is all sticky and nasty. Everything looks to be covered in grease from the grills because of poor ventilation. Staff does not clean the tables and chairs properly. It’s just nasty overall.

The food was average at best. The floors and ceiling around the cooking stations were dirty. Not the Beninhana standard I am accustomed to at other locations, Rocky would not accept this substandard conditions.

We used to go to Benihana often but hadn’t been in a few years. We had gone to Harmony Steakhouse a few times but our last experience there was sub par at best and I have no interest in going back. We were craving hibachi and I am so glad we went to Benihana! Food was delicious- staff was so much classier than Harmony had been, everything just felt better quality and the chef was so much better at reading the table and how the children would and were reacting to fire, loud noises, etc. We had such a great experience!

Waitress was very good, always checking on us and super friendly! Cook was good but not very entertaining. Food was ok but not super good like usual, I think he had the table too hot. All together a good time and good food, just not my best experience here.

The waiter Brian was great! He was personable, attentive and just right on point. I would visit again for his service before I’d visit again for the food!
