    Reservations were made, via OpenTable, for 7:30 but chef did not start cooking until almost 9:30. Waitress kept telling our table that she was checking on our chef, but the manager ultimately told us he had skipped our table. This was extremely concerning, considering we had 4 children under 5 at our table. Terrible service, Terrible management, our chef "David" was the only positive.

    The food was great!! As for service, they lacked! I watched many of the servers digging in their hair and ears then placing their hands over our bowls of fried rice. Seen many unsanitary things last night but I was not going to be “that person” so I paid for my food and tipped for my services received. But will not be returning due to sanitation issues for me! There was water dripping from the ac vent and splashing on me who knows how many plates that water dripped onto and that is disturbing disgusting and sick! They need to prioritize their health and safety over money! As a former kitchen manager they should not be placing their bare hands over bowls of food their is other ways to handle food! I was praying she did not do it to my bowl and did not but places her whole palm over my husbands fried rice. That would have been the moment I would not be able to eat that food. I have serious issues with germs and cross contamination! Definitely a deal breaker for ever returning. We sat at a high top and literally got our food before our appetizer soup and salad which is ridiculous. We are right there where all the servers are at and literally came last.

    This was a far cry experience from when I was kid. The chef didn’t do as many tricks and didn’t interact with the table as much as I would expect. Service wise we had to remind for things that were supposed to be included on our dinner. We never got the tea that was supposed to be at the end of the meal.

    Staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Restaurant was clean and nice. Food was fresh but bland and tasteless. Heavy on the rice and light on flavor. I was disappointed in the $23 spicy steak fried rice. A tiny bowl of fried rice with some sparsely scattered veg and a few chunks of beef.

    Chicken was hard and raw. They were understaffed as the chef took over an hour to get to our table. I had to ask the server for clean plates. The server was attentive but overall service, cleanliness and food was poor.

    The best experience so far and we are regular visitors. Chef Billy and waitress Jasmine were fantastic!! Will be back on our hols next year.

    The food was generally great, as usual, until the endvof the meal. The server brought out ice cream and two were fine but the chocolate had been sitting out and spoiled. I took one bite and realized it was room temperature foam and quickly spit it out. I notified the server and she reapplied “ Oh, yeah that one was a little off.” She then turned and walked away - no other response. I found a manager and told him what happened and he said he would check the ice cream. A couple minutes later he came back to the table and said, “The chocolate is fine. Two of us tasted it and it is fine.” Great, but what does that have to do with the bowl of ice cream we were served having sat out?!?!? This is knowing serving spoiled food to customers. The manager gave a 10% reduction on the bill and I was sick for the evening. We will not return.
