    Benihana Orlando – A Complete Letdown I made a reservation for 8:45 PM expecting a fun hibachi experience like I’ve had at dozens of other places around the country. Instead, we waited 30 minutes past our reservation time just to be seated. Once at the table, our order was taken—and then we sat there for an hour and twenty minutes before anything hit the grill. When the food finally did arrive, it was shockingly bland. Zero flavor. No seasoning. Nothing memorable—except how disappointed I was. As if that wasn’t enough, the fire alarms and strobes were going off the entire time we were there. Over an hour of flashing lights and sirens while we sat hungry and confused. If you’re looking for a great hibachi experience, skip this place. Benihana Orlando is all show, no service, and certainly no flavor.

    I visited Benihana in International Drive after my daughter nationals competition and after an exhausting day, I was looking a delicious and fulfilling meal. Let’s just say, the whole experience did not disappoint! From the minute we sat, Kelly, our waitress, was personable, kind, helpful and consistently available. Our chef ‘Tito’ was fun, entertaining, and the food was delish!!!! We experienced the Chef’s Tasting and must say everything was great! Highly recommend to a family looking to have their belly’s fulfilled and a memorable experience with the family.

    Our experience at Benihana was simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—they made us feel right at home. The food was delicious: the steak was perfectly cooked, juicy and full of flavor, and the desserts were absolutely amazing! Every dish was an experience on its own. We loved celebrating our daughter’s birthday there. The show at the table was spectacular and added a magical, fun touch to the evening. It truly was an unforgettable night for our whole family. We left feeling happy, grateful, and eager to come back soon. Without a doubt, it’s a place we highly recommend. Thank you for making that day so special!

    We had a reservation and still had to wait 20 mins for a table. I have a shellfish allergy and the waitress put it on the chefs print out and he acknowledge it before making the food, but he went and put shrimp on my plate. He re made my filet but I lost my vegetables due to contamination. My daughter ordered a lychee martini and the first one was good, the second one was horrible. The waitress did take it and had another made. The waitress was great and she was trying her best to make our experience a good one. Overall not happy that my food was contaminated, took away from enjoying my meal.

    Had an amazing time at Benihana, it was my first time eating there and I can’t wait to go back!! Our server Tisha was great, super nice and attentive! And our chef Liam was funny, conversational and our food tasted great!! I also have a gluten allergy and they were very on top of it and made sure everything I had was gluten free :) The only thing is they need more seats for when you’re waiting to be seated but that’s literally it!
