   i had a reservation for 7:46, arrived at 6:00 with my two toddlers explain to them that i was driving back to miami thats why i had arrived earliar. Well, they made me wait 1:30 for my table, i wasnt seated until 7:30. Then we waited at the table for an hour for the chef to come outside and cook.

   Came in with a reservation had to wait which is clearly understandable due to amount of people coming in and out. Then we finally get seated. The waiter was very attentive at first then I’m sure he got pretty slammed with other tables. Hats off to the chef which he was very entertaining although our fried rice was very crunchy and burnt due to him not even noticing his grill was on max heat. Also some of his tricks he totally missed but if it wasn’t for his signing as a comeback I wouldn’t know what to say. My experience thru out the whole time was ok. Not my first time also and definitely won’t be the last.

   Sign of the times post-Covid, the restaurant was understaffed. Enjoyed the BeniHani experience but repeatedly had to ask for staff to clear plates, refill water.

   Overall great experience. It the server took our first drink order than never came back throughout the whole meal and everyone wanted more drinks. It the best service for an expensive restaurant

    They forgot to cook 1/2 of our order and waited until everyone was served to finish cooking ours. Served ice cream at the beginning of eating our main dish. Charged someone else’s bill on our credit card. Absolutely horrible experience for $200 check. Will never recommend or be back.

    Dress code is not enforced. Despite a reservation the wait was over an hour. And that was with me bugging the hostess to not forget to seat us. The service and the show/presentation is rushed because of the number of people so it wasn’t really a quality show or worth the money spent. The food was ok and they were sensitive to allergy needs. Overall we would not return.

    We had Joshua as our waiter. He was extra, in a good way. He made sure we were taken care of. And Macho from Kissimmee was our chef. He put on a good show and the food was amazing. Both of the guys were really nice. I would go back anytime just to have them serve me again. :)

    Made reservations week in advance. Mothers birthday wanted it special. Waited over 1.5 hrs past reservation time and too many mistakes with dinner to count. Very disappointed. Very sad....never used to be like this.

    made reservations and still had to wait over an hour! customer service was horrible. Had to remind waitress about things multiple times. Then waiting over 30 minutes just to get the check at the end, having to chase the waitress down for it after already asking for the check. Just ridiculous! Only positive thing was the cook. Still no plans of returning.

    Rude front desk staff. Threatened to cancel my reservation because I called to tell I was running late. Got there within my 15 minute window and was told it was going to be 40 min before my table was ready. Staff had so much attitude manager had to intervene. Once seating everything was fine. Food was good. Got the bill to split with someone. They ended up getting charged the FULL amount and I got charged half as well. Will NEVER come back to this location

    We had reservations at 7:30 and didn’t get to the table till 8:15. The chef Macho was great! I thought the food was very salty and oily. And wow did they raise the prices. And we were so swished in at the table, there was hardly any room to put our glasses and plates.

    Well 1st we got seated at 6:15 we didn’t get our soup and salad until 7. And then they tell us their was no forks and the guy was very disrespectful. Didn’t give us our drinks until 7:20 worst experience ever

    OVERL WE ENJOYED BENIHANA. WAIT TIMES WERE RIDICULOUSLY LONG THOUGH EVEN WITH RESERVATIONS AND PORTION SIZES I THINK HAVE DEFINITELY DECREASED BUT OF COURSE FOOD COSTS HAVE INCREASED.

    Leo our cook wash really awesome with our side of the table as long as you acknowledged him as well but he did keep trying to get the people attention who would not get of their phone he did really good the girls had a blast for birthdays dinner

    Beautiful place, but the price is outrageous and the food wasn't that good. Not for $30 plus per entree and we had to pay an additional $6 per person for fried rice. Definitely not worth the price. I wouldn't come back or recommend it.
