I brought my son here so we can have a night out together. The food tonight was not as good as it usually is and on top of that there was a lot of excess noise from peoples kids, screaming, and what not just being obnoxious, which really distracted from the evening, not to mention that there were kids banging on the aquarium up in the front, it really detract from experience when you have kids screaming at the top of their lungs because they can’t have an iPad. Probably next time we will do to go where we don’t have to deal with that. I really felt bad for the cook because the people at my table except me and my son, we’re on there phones the whole time i think mgmt should address the high noise level

Terrible quality of food. I will never eat there again. If they can’t get the cooked food right then stay away from the sushi. Our server was super nice though.

No longer upscale eating experience. Tired, somewhat grubby dining room. Food has too much oil and butter- no longer the healthy option it used to be. Servers did not refill drinks.

Took my wife and family out for her birthday. The food was wonderful as well as the chef. Waiter was on top of his game. We had a wonderful time and our meals were fantastic.

We had a reservation for 8pm and wasn’t seated until 8:40pm. We sat there until 9:50pm before we were acknowledged. The cook David Lee was wonderful. He tried to make my birthday dinner better with jokes and I appreciate his efforts. When he made it to the table around 10pm the grill was too hot and he said it would burn the food if he cooked at that time. We had to wait another 20 minutes for the grill to cool off. By that time some of our party had started leaving the restaurant because of the ridiculous service and treatment. The manager was really nasty with her attitude as if she were more frustrated with us than trying to rectify the situation. It was after 11pm when the food was finished cooking. We asked for a discount because of the horrible service and she said she would give everyone one but didn’t. We had to bring it to her attention and she was very upset about having to do so. My birthday dinner was very much ruined and we traveled from all over Arkansas to have the birthday dinner. I would like to that the server Haley as well. She also tried her best.

We’ve been to several Benihana locations and this is our least favorite. The chef was nice and so was the waitress, but the ‘show’ part of the meal was seriously lacking. It also took 25 minutes past our reservation before we were sat. Several menu items we were used to were not available. Probably not going to return since there are better Hibachi restaurants near us.

I was staying at the hotel by Benihana. I used own table to make a reservation. I was seated promptly with the group. Our service was prompt and orders were accurate. I ate the steak hibachi cooked to medium. It was cooked as ordered.

Had a reservation for 8:00pm and arrived on time. We waited 30 minutes to be seated with out any staff member explaining how long we were going to have to wait and why we were having to wait or apologizing for the wait. Our server was friendly. Hibachi chef did not seem like he was in a good mood. Rice and shrimp were burned. Shrimp was burned to the point we didn't want to eat it. Some people had very overcooked steak at the table as well. They did end up discounting the tickets because of the majority of the food being very overcooked and that was appreciated and did help to make up for the poor experience. Overall it was okay, but not worth it for us to revisit.

I was enjoying the experience until the chef showed up. The woman was wearing a face mask. Why? Soft spoken foreign accent wearing a friggin mask. I couldn't understand on things she said. Her cooking entertainment was not good either. I was expecting a show of some kind. Very disappointed.

First time ever that I did not give this location 5 stars. My steak was Medium Rare instead of Medium (per the order being taken incorrectly), and my Scallops were barely cooked so smelled and tasted heavily spoiled fishy so I did not eat them. Neither were served hot, more like room temp or less. How does that even happen when they came straight off the grill on to my plate? The soup was not served hot, more like room temp, Yuck! We had to ask for the red sauce tray and for the Soy Sauces. Why? Some people like the Red sauce much better than the yum yum sauce. It was nice to be offered the ice cream options and the green tea this time. Ever since covid we've had to ask for those items and told that they no longer had green tea. Since covid - Until last night, They seemed "put out" that we wanted the dessert that is included in the price! They no longer give the 15% discount for hotel guests, that has been normal for the past 20 years (prior to the new owners/management. I surely do miss the former management/owner guy.

We had reservations for 6:30 but we’re not seated until 7:10 with people who had 7:00 reservations. Neither the hostess or manager even acknowledged that it was 40 minutes after reservation. Even though there was plenty of standing room in the waiting area, we were asked to wait in the atrium where it was probably about 90 degrees. We will not be back.

My brother and I went to Benihana's and ate before attending a concert across the street. The chef was very friendly and talked to everyone at the table as if we had been friends for years. Overall the experience was very good.
