Haven’t been here in awhile but everything was amazing . I’ve been looking forward to trying the lunch boat at and was so pleased that I did! My family enjoyed the show . The food was so delicious and the service was really great, too! Thank you jojo for being so attentive .

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was truly disappointing. The food was overly salty and loaded with pepper to the point of being nearly inedible. On top of that, several items were overcooked and even burnt — not what you’d expect from any kitchen, let alone one that charges these prices. When I tried to express my concerns, the manager was dismissive and uncooperative, showing zero interest in resolving the issue or even offering a basic apology. The lack of accountability and customer service was honestly more frustrating than the food

The service from the teppanyaki chef and our waitress was great—both were friendly and attentive. But we were really disappointed with the beef. We ordered the filet mignon and hibachi steak, and both tasted like something that had been in the freezer for a long time. The flavor and texture weren’t fresh, and it took away from the meal. Considering the price we paid, we expected much better quality.

Isiah our chef was great and funny. He made the dinner an excellent experience, so glad he was our chef. Our waitress was okay. The reception staff didn’t inform us that they wouldn’t be checking if we were standing outside the front door when we checked in (the lobby was crowded with people). Fortunately I checked after our reservation time had passed to see if they called our name and they did. We told them that we were waiting outside the door and they rudely responded, we ask customers to stay inside. First of all, I think it would have been a fire hazard and there were other customers waiting outside as well and we would have been blocking the door. Fortunately our chef made up for the cold welcome and unenthusiastic waitress or we would not return. Chef and food were amazing.

We had Antonio for our cook and he was AMAZING. The BEST we have ever had and we’ve been coming to this location for over 18 years. Such a great, fun personality, so interactive and really went out of his way to make our experience unforgettable. I want him every time we come from now on! He needs a raise for sure!

They informed us they were over booked even with reservations. We had a reservation and wasn’t called until an hour later. Lounge area is a mess! They don’t save those seats for others who would like to sit there and enjoy their meals. We have to hunt down a table and chair .
