Outdoor only. Which was sad.
It was great to eat at Benihana even though we where outside under the tent. The food was delicious and the service was great!
Had a 12:30 reservation, yet table was not ready...even though there were only four occupied tables inside of the tent. Food came out cold, did not get the fried rice until we were finished with our meal (rice was at least served warm). Ordered the steak/chicken combo, yet the portion of the steak was no more than 4oz of meat...in fact, I counted 4 thin strips of steak each equivalent to the size of a crayola. Ordered glass of Iced Tea and finished it before meal was brought out, yet no refills were ever offered. In fact, the waiter(s) were virtually non-existant other than to rush into the tent with whatever they were bringing out, then quickly rush back inside, not to be seen again for some time. There were only 4 other tables with guests when we sat down as well as when we eventually left...so I am not sure why they seemed so backed up and out of sorts. It was smack dab in the middle of the lunch rush, so wouldn't you think the place would be prepared for guests? This was a business lunch, invited a client, but both of us just looked at each other and shook our heads with the over poor experience and couldn't wait to get back to our offices. I completely understand the complexities of todays environment, and most restaurants are doing a fantastic job. This particular location simply looked as if they had no interest in being open, but under pressure from their main office to open.
It is what it is right now.
This is the safest dining experience I’ve experienced since the pandemic began! This restaurant has gone above and beyond to follow CDC guidelines. Tent dining with plenty of heaters/not needed this visit, sanitizer at every turn, our outstanding waiter James remained masked and gloved, hands free menu/use your own phone, silverware and napkin comes in a sealed envelope, witnessed vigorous sanitizing in between customers, and dining table distancing was very well done.
The food came out piping hot and as delicious as if the Chef had served us themselves. Outstanding afternoon!!!
Food was good as usual but the outdoor dining was very sad and quiet.
There was no ambiance. They could have bought an outdoor grill to maybe at least make the fried rice and provide a small show for the guests. Or they could have added some music. It was extremely quiet in a boring way. The food was lukewarm and when my husband complained to management they didn’t seem to care. We regret eating here for our anniversary. The waitress was great though.
Sat in the Peking lot in a tent, defeats the purpose of the Beni Hana experience
outdoor dining wasn’t a great experience, waiter was amazing
Horrible table no table coverings
Waited 38 minutes just for water
We where expecting a little more like the Benihana experience for our anniversary , little disappointed of the setting and got very cold after 630, good got cold very rapidly, waitress was kind and offer warm tea after diner
Great! Different because of COVID, no more tableside chefs. But food quality and service was still great!
Unfortunately it was outdoors under a tent with bright lights, but the food was great. It just isn’t the same outside.
We got seated in a tent outside which was extremely cold. It’s close to the airport so you would hear airplanes every few mins. Due to it being so cold, the food cooled off very quickly which made it not taste as good.
I visited Benihanas for birthday celebration. Food was good and our server was very attentive and courteous. Very good service!!
Had a great birthday dinner service excellent.
It was good. Loved the food. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
Even though it was outside dining, it was still the best food & service!
They are closed not sure why I could book a reservation still!!!
Made a reservation on open table. When we arrived they told us they are not taking reservations and just to seat ourselves outside. Once seated we were told that they cannot serve us because my family is a party of 5, and they are only serving parties of 4 or less. They did not honor our reservation, continued to seat us and then kicked us out! Obviously we do not recommend eating here.
Excellent Japanese food.
Stop making indoor reservations if the restaurant isn’t open.

Outside dining was disappointing, very cold with no heating, noisy from the planes, food was very plane with no flavor! Never going back for outside dining!
I know times are hard but the experience you get from eating on the patio, I think it just lowers Benihana’s standard that I’m used to for so many years dining there!
On behalf of our team here at Benihana, we sincerely apologize for your experience and understand your concern. If you would like to get in touch with our team, please do so via the Contact Us page on our website so that we can further address this matter.
Dinner without a show, that only thing that saved this dinner was the superb service by the waiter that day.

Waiters took a while to get our utensils and sauces when asked. When food came to our table it was cold.
We had lunch and the food was not hot at all!
I did not stay for my “reservation”! When I arrived, I was told it was all outdoor dining, no Teppan was available. I was also told that they were no longer taking reservations, even though I had booked through Open Table. The person checking us in said that they were not able to “shut off” Open Table from accepting reservations and that it was first come, first served. I had driven 45 minutes to the location to have dinner for my Birthday, but did not have reservations. Now, the kicker was the person at the front who explained all this, did so with such an indignant attitude. He did not seem interested at all in explaining any of this with any sort of humility, just a bad attitude! I might have stayed if it weren’t for that. I guess they didn’t need/want our business. So we left and took our business elsewhere close by!
I was very impressed with the outdoor seating but would suggest heaters. Also if this continues add some accents as your interior is so amazing
Not the same experience eating in a tent. What am I paying for?
I made a reservation for 4 on Thanksgiving only to be told it would be outdoor when I arrived. Not a problem as this has become the new norm. The setup looked like a cheap afterthought. They used small square tables BARELY able to accommodate plates and drinks for 3 let alone 4. Our original table was a couple feet from the bushes and trees so we spent 20min swatting fruit flies, of which 5 landing in our drinks!!! We asked to be moved and have an additional table added as we ordered waters cocktails and two appetizers but Management refused—seriously!? There were 6 open tables (out of 8) and that place was a ghost town! Needless to say, our server tried to make up for the experience and was very attentive. I’ve been here many times. They need to get with the times—I’ve dined at many establishments that put a lot of thought into the outdoor experience...ESPECIALLY those enjoying a meal on Thanksgiving!
Not worth it ☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹
Excellent service from the time I had walked in to when I had departed. My experience was an enhancement to my birthday celebration.
Food was not a good as it usually is. Chef put way to much pepper on everything...and I like pepper!
Great place to have a quick lunch and still feel safe with the current restrictions.
We went for my grandson birthday and the staff was amazing and food was excellent! We will definitely go back!
My plate was dirty and there was a piece of hair stuck to the plastic that my silver ware was in... I told the waiter and he replaced them with clean items...
Good food, entertainment, social distancing, very clean.
Benihana always a favored spot. Might not be known for its culinary delights by snooty people but to be honest - just can't top the freshness of the chefs table to my plate and in my mouth in seconds! Consistently excellent food, good drinks, a little show, hard to beat. We don't just go for special family occasions, we go all the time because we are HUNGRY!!!
Enjoyed being able to sit inside and have dinner. This location never disappoints.
