    The person spoke Spanish the entire time to another family and ignored us at the table. The food was excellent, but the service was absent and he acted like we weren’t there.

    We did not understand that the presentation had changed from previous years. There was no celebration of the Birthday nor Anniversary that we were at Benihana's to celebrate. No Photo was offered. We missed that from past years. On the up side the food was outstanding.

    Things seem more fresh, friendly and comfortable at the GV location. We feel the prices are way high for what we get. We are happy with our service, cook, friendly people.

    This was not our first experience at Benihana and we sort of knew what to expect. Our 7:30 reservation got us seated in a timely manner but it was 8:10 before we had drinks, and 8:50 before the food was ready. It certainly was busy and staffing was stretched thin, which is understandable. As issues arose, more team members and managers got involved to rectify the situation. The chef Leo was great!

    Good food and service, enjoy watching the chefs cook your meal, but way overpriced, theres all these food and beverage and beer taxes and the service charge is way too much!! For 8 people, we had about $125 in taxes and service charge....thats ridiculous.

    Good food, great company at our table. It was really noisy as there were several birthday parties that night. They now have a service charge which is 17% of your bill. When I asked what it was for, the server stated they started that a year ago and 3% was for her and the rest went to the Sous Chef. It was a $40 charge on our bill and I will not be going back. Off to Texas Roadhouse!

    Staff was nice. I do not like their service charge policy. There is no way to tip with a credit card and the restaurant keeps part of the service charge.

    Great food and great service. The chef was more than accommodating with an egg allergy at our table - he was willing to make the safe food ahead of the fried rice to be sure the food was free from egg. Really great!

    It was way too cold. We couldn’t enjoy ourselves and had to eat with coats on! The kids noses were running and the toddler became fussy. This is the 2nd time in a month and it was cold both times. It’s warmer in the front and in the bathrooms than in the restaurant part. They tried to say that it heats up with the grill on but that was not the case. My fingers and toes were very cold when we left and we rushed the chef to cook due to the temperature in the restaurant.

    We celebrated three birthdays last night. The twins turned 10 yesterday and their sister turned 16 a few days ago. Andy, our waitress was so gracious and treated the kids like they were super special. Our chef was very entertaining and the food was great. We will come back For the next birthdays in our family. One of the twins had chicken nuggets and noodles on the grill. The other two kids had shrimp and they loved it. We had steak and metal chicken, hibachi and scallops.

    We have eaten at Beni for years, service was the slowest we have ever had. The food was blain. The chef was very light with the garlic butter and was struggling to count out the shrimp. Four people for $407 not worth it.

    The food was fabulous but it’s so hard to rate them high when the service was so bad. It also was not just one person who was rude, it was multiple staff we interacted with throughout the night. The woman that sat us, our chef, a manager when we said it was cold as a sharp breeze was hitting our table from the kitchen where a door was open-all were dismissive and rude. The “show” when our meal was cooked was an onion volcano and that’s it. I never minded paying for this restaurant in the past because the food and experience were so fun. This time it was not.

    We had a great cook. No one else showed up so we had the entire table to ourselves. The server was also very pleasant. The food was outstanding. Everything was cooked to perfection. My husband had the Rocky’s choice and I had chicken fried rice.

    I am confused by the 20% service charge added to the bill. Is that the gratuity? According to the wait staff, they get part of it. Why is there 20% added to an already hefty meal and drink charge if we are expected to tip in addition???

    Our chef Sergio was amusing and made an excellent show. I should have ordered only 1 fried ice between my husband and I. I ordered chicken and should of ordered something else.my husband had filet and scallops which were excellent. Onion soup was good. I could skip the ginger salad.

    The chef was not very communicative. He only did one thing with the food: no flipping the shrimp ends into his hat, etc. said almost nothing to us.

    Both our server and chef were outstanding! Christian, our server, was very friendly and attentive. I can’t remember our chef’s name, but he was so funny and the food was prepared perfectly. We had a wonderful time. We were celebrating three birthdays, and they helped make it a very special night.

    We went to Benihana to celebrate two birthdays that weren’t acknowledged. We had an allergy that we notified the restaurant of before and once there. The chef dumped the veggies on the grill at the onset of the meal without consideration to the onion allergy. The person with the allergy received zucchini but no mushrooms and the white rice came out long after it should have. One person did not get their fried rice at all and drinks were slow to be refilled. We didn’t make a scene or mentioned anything because we were there with family. However, knowing we have had such better experiences in the past made this one extremely disappointing especially because of the birthday celebrations. We live close and often get takeout, so it was a bummer the in dining experience was sub par and not well done last night.

    The food at Benihana is always amazing! I believe our server's name was Lydia and she is awesome and has worked there for 19 years! Leo was our chef and was really fun and energetic. Will definitely go back!

    I come here a couple times a year with a friend for our birthdays. We sit in the bar area and the service up there is always exceptional. The food was very good, which is on par with all of our experiences.

    The hosting staff, server and chef were all exemplary. We were greeted promptly and the host staff was friendly and invitiing, even while explainig that they would wait to seat us when all of our party arrived. I have been to several establsihments lately with this policy and it's not awlays explained or executed with the same degree of friendliness as it was here. The server and chef were engaging and attentive - something we've come to expect each time we visit Benihana. One thing you might consider is changing up the repitore of the chefs when they prepare the food. Most of the time, they are all quite skillful and humerous, but after having come to Benihana over they years, I have to concede that the "show", as it were, has become a little stale. I recognize that the priority is good, favorful, well-prepared food. Still, watching it ger prepared is part of the expereince, and I feel like it's maybe been neglected over time. Nonetheless, it continues to deliver consistently, and we will continue to visit.

    I had a reservation for 7:15. We didn’t get seating until 7:25. Our chef did not come to cook until 8:20. We were told that an hour is a normal wait for a Friday night but the table on the other side only waited 10 min from when they got their soups/salad to order. We were charged for an extra 5.50 lemonade and the waitress asked us if it was “that big of a deal”. It was because it belonged to the people who were also at our table.

    Juan was very impressive, lots of interaction with the table patrons. However My daughter and I both asked for our steak to be cooked medium rare. Both of our steaks were well done not even a hint of pink. We ordered the splash and meadow, with the price of this meal it was disheartening to have well done sterak.
