    The restaurant was, I kid you not 105 degrees inside. They claimed it was because it was hot outside. The floors were actually slippery from wet film created by moisture because the air conditioning was clearly broken. Our $500 meal was fine food wise, what you’d expect. But, we had to depart quickly as we were sweating. Our chef was inauthentic and did none of the usual “tricks” one expects at Benihana. They should have closed the restaurant for maintenance. Instead they insisted it was not their fault and refused to served my 76 year old mother a drink as she forgot her ID. It was overall a comedy of errors and absurd. We almost left, but decided to power through. We will laugh about it for years and never return. Bring your ID, non slip footwear and a personal AC.

    We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes at the table before the chef finally came out. She seemed very inexperienced and did not provide much of a show. Also didn’t cut the Zucchini or add any seasoning to it so it was hard to eat. The server kept apologizing for the wait and finally stopped coming to our table. She said they were short staffed. We booked the reservation over a week in advance they should be prepared

    Perfect Father’s Day celebration. The food is always good, and the hibachi is always entertaining. The only thing is this: BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU WALK. The floors are EXTREMELY SLIPPERY due to all the grease flying around.

    I didn't like the experience I had at dinner at Benihana, the food was very greasy, the service of the food preparer was horrible, the amount charged is not worth what was consumed, in short, much lower than we expected

    Food and service was good. Unfortunately we didn’t get seated until 30 minutes after our reservation and food and took a while before food came out. With a hungry 6 year old it made it challenging.

    Ordered something different last night. I got the Hibachi salmon. It was delicious! I usually get Land and Sea which is always good. I didn’t know that you could get the “Yum Yum” sauce on your salad and I liked that better than the ginger dressing. We had two kids, ages 5 and 7 at our table and they always have fun. Our server was Kendra and she was awesome taking our orders and keeping our drinks filled. Maya was our Chef and she was lovely and very talented. I was celebrating my Bday and it was a very nice evening.

    Always a great experience and great times!!! Loved the table chef and his personality and humor. He did great! A little spendy for 4 people to eat as it was just under $300 for us with tip ($297). But we love their food!
