Dinner was enjoyable no issues this evening. The manager working that night did a great job to see that we didn’t run into any problems like in the past dining experiences.

Terrible service. Server dropped plates on our shoes. Bones in our fried rice. Our chef didn’t speak to us and our server was unattentive.

A subpar experience, especially for the money. Costs here have gone up considerably which is less of a problem than the service we got. The server seemed overstressed dealing with another very large group and there was noticeable tension between him and the chef. Drinks were slow to arrive, even a soda took time to refill and my wife’s iced tea she had to ask multiple times for. The soup arrived while the fried rice was already cooking, the salad was well after. The Chef wasn’t much of a showsman with limited skill and it seemed like her tools were dull, the knife wasn’t going through smoothly.

Made a reservation for 2:00 In the afternoon for lunch, however, the lunch menu has been discontinued. Would have been nice to know upon making the reservation. Taking dinner prices at 2:00 Plus the additional 20% service fee, which is not your gratuity. This was a ridiculously overpriced lunch with subpar service.

El servicio del Chef de tepanyaki Guillermo fue buenísimo , el servicio de la mesera no tan bueno , nos trajo los edamames que eran una entrada hasta el final casi con el postre , el postre nos lo trajeron sin helado y sin crema batida tuvimos que pararnos a reclamar para que nos lo sirvieran correctamente , nada de esto se Justifica aún que éramos un grupo de 9 pues fue la única entrada y el Único postre

Waited forever for the chef, drinks took a long time and refills, forget about them! Received about 5 pieces of chicken while others got an entire breast. Chef forgot one fried rice which had to com e out from back. We asked a question about the tab and were treated with a sassy "WHA5?". Bathroom was disgusting and it was my birthday, never asked if I wanted them to sing and they forgot to add my fee which held us up waiting another 15 minutes. We will NOT be going back or telling others to go here. Has really gone downhill!
