    We had a less than optimal experience our first time there, but decided to give it another shot. It took a fair amount of time for someone to come take our drink order. I had to ask for my white rice, when halfway through the meal they still hadn’t brought it to ANYONE at our table. There is a large up charge, that they do tell you about, but also tell you it’s NOT considered a tip. I just wasn’t impressed for the $.

    Priced like fine dining but ultimately a causal family restaurant experience. The food was delicious, however portions were relatively small compared to similar restaurants and experiences. The chef was friendly and entertaining. The waitstaff was okay - could have been a little more attentive. There were several staff members standing in a hallway staring at the diners and chatting the whole time we were there… kind of odd and uncomfortable. It was very noisy, not only with the cooking but with loud music throughout the restaurant. The restrooms were dirty and needed attention (out of paper in some stalls, one toilet plugged). Many of these small annoyances could be easily overlooked, especially in favor of the quality of the food; however for the price we paid it was a disappointment. Could spend the same or less for a better experience at many other restaurants in the area.

    What was once our favorite restaurant, the prices are passing the standard inflation rate. We can't afford to eat at Benihana anymore.

    Our experience was outstanding. Miguel has a great flair for his craft in his grilling of the tableside food. You can tell he really loves what he does. I didn't expect to get such great entertainment while my food was being prepared. Everything was pure perfection, from start to finish.

    Beware the 20% automatic "service fee". They don't legally call it a gratuity but it will definitely add up. So if you plan to tip on top of that, your bill will really add up quickly. And beware of the up charge for fried rice at the teppanyaki table. As long as you're aware of how expensive everything really is, it will be a good time. The employees are great and of course deserve gratuity, but the restaurant policy of the automatic additional service fee is crazy. They should just raise the prices. But it's already pretty expensive so there's that. We go there infrequently, for very special occasions, for the experience. But if they would take off that ridiculous fee, we would go more often. I'm a generous tipper and I would really prefer to just directly give money to the people who do a great job serving me personally.

    Their was a plastic burning on the grill, 3 people had to get the manager to do something about it. Our waiter forgot my wife's drink and forgot my son's rice and forgot our birthday coupon. Will not come back, I want my money back.

    The experience at this Benihana location was mediocre compared to others I’ve visited. It really wasn’t worth the money, though it was okay overall. I wouldn’t recommend this location. One major issue was the lunch special, we were told it ended two weeks ago, yet there was no notice online or anywhere else about this change. That lack of communication caused a huge inconvenience for our party of six, especially since we were expecting the lunch special and had dinner plans later. They really need to update their website and post clear signage so guests aren’t caught off guard.

    Told them we needed to be out by a certain time. Said it wouldn’t be a problem. Forgot to put one of our orders in, someone came out and said something about it. Our server said “they were joking”. Our food then comes out 3 minutes before we need to leave to make it to our event. Told them to keep it. Tried to stop us at the door to make us pay. 0/5 stars, I wouldn’t even give them 1.

    We took our granddaughters there for their birthdays and we all had a wonderful time. They enjoyed themselves so much. The food was good. The Chef was very entertaining and the waiter was right on top of everything. It could not have been better.
