Our chef Pedrowas wonderful!! Engaging and fun. Great skills! Food was really good. Server was average. She smiled a lot but let our glasses get empty several times and we had to ask. Otherwise it was excellent!

The server was overwhelmed. I don't even fault her, I blame management for not recognizing this woman was drowning and two floor managers refused to offer this server assistance.

Had reservation, but waited for the chef to cook our food for 90 minutes. I complained to the manager and was promised a discount. At the end, no discount was given. I could have challenged the waitress but I was just done at the end.

Came in midday - No one greated. Had to find someone to seat us. Food value was overpriced for quality and portion size. Skip Benihana and go to Panda Express.

Second time we've tried ondine here. Arrived and checked in fifteen minutes before our reservation. Thirty minutes after our reservation time, we still have not been seated. When we inquired as to when we would be seated, we were told it would be at least another 30 minutes because a large party had added more people that are reservation and they accommodated that adjustment instead of taking care of people who already had reservations that fit their party size. The quality of the food does not warrant a 1 hour wait after your reservation time.
