The chef was great and service was great - I was a little nervous based on our last visit a few years ago, but things have definitely improved and it was a great meal. The show hasn't changed, but the enthusiasm makes a difference!

Our server was quick and focused.. they followed up frequently. The chef Marco was not only excellent cook, but he was funny and had a lot of personality. This really helped to. Enhance my daughbirthday! Thanks Benihana..see you in Nov!!!

I typically love Bennihanna. While visiting this location, I spotted crickets in the area where the chefs cook the food. When I initially brought it to a team member’s attention, I was ignored. When they could no longer ignore the excessive number of crickets that kept coming, they sent someone over with a broom to catch them. After seeing the crickets, I lost much appetite and took my food to go. Service was also extremely slow.

Ryan was our chef and he was very attentive to details and the food was well flavored. Jessica, our server was new but she was on top of it! She was patient and made sure we didn’t need anything.

The chef seemed disengaged from the process. He barely interacted with the patrons and at one point stormed away from the table, cursing. Overall experience was boring.......

Although we had a reservation, we didn't get our table until a good 30 minutes past the reservation, even though this was a Thursday and the restaurant was 1/2 empty. My daughter ordered a rainbow roll of which we had to send back because it did not taste fresh.

I visited this restaurant on both Friday and Sunday, and unfortunately, my experience on both days was disappointing. I choose this location because I prefer it over others, even though it’s not the cheapest option. However, on Friday, my son’s chicken was undercooked and had a rubbery texture. Then, on Sunday, my husband’s order was incomplete, and the waitress, although very cordial, forgot to take our order correctly. I do want to mention that the manager was very kind and helpful both days, which I appreciate. However, I noticed that sometimes the chefs seem annoyed when you make requests, which makes the experience uncomfortable. If they want to earn tips, they should provide better service.
