    Everything about dinner was exceptional. The food was incredible. The chef was outstanding and accommodating. We had a wonderful experience. The only thing I would say is there was a stale water smell during our dinner that was somewhat unpleasant. It didn't fully make the dinner bad it was just a constant foul smell during dinner. Again the food was amazing and our Chef Paco was excellent!

    Overall, the experience was OK, the food was good, but it was expensive, making the value at the poor end of the scale. Waited forever to pay and had to go to bar to pay.

    Amazing food. It’s pricey, but you get 5 courses of food! We were so full that we couldn’t even eat the dessert course. The hibachi chefs are so personable and fun. It’s a great place for a birthday because of their interaction with you.

    We made a reservation for the sushi bar , through OpenTable and stated that on the reservation. I was informed that they did not reservations for the sushi bar and she canceled my reservation and I didn’t get my points even though we spend over $120 . Benihana needs to state on the OpenTable site they don’t take reservations for their sushi bar , additionally Benihana posted there was a free appetizer for veterans with the order of an entree, this location would not honor this promotion and was told they are a franchise. It seems rather small of them not to honor a corporate promotion to honor veterans

    I’ve been to a couple of different Benihanas. This one was dirty (bathroom was in dire need of cleaning and remodeling). Seated in upstairs and it was FREEZING and smelled like sour towels. The server and “chef” were ver friendly and nice. Sister ended up sick the next day…. Don’t know if it was from here of somewhere else but…

    Food was excellent as it always seems to be. Didn’t remember there being an up charge for fried rice in the past given that it is a highlight of the experience. Server did his best to keep up with the tables assigned but the tables were full and the groups weren’t staggered enough. Overall a good experience and would recommend.

    Visited Benihana for my daughter's birthday and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Joselyn, our server, was outstanding as always, and the chef's show was mesmerizing. The lady manager even came by to check on us, making us feel truly valued. Exceptional service and a magical atmosphere. Highly recommend!

    Key West Benihana's is a mandatory stop whenever I visit the keys. I live in Miami, and the Benihana's in my area needs improvement. Key West Benihana's service is fantastic; they are always on time, the food is terrific, and the view of the Atlantic Ocean from the restaurant is spectacular. I've visited four times and am excited to go again.

    All was great, service was excellent, and food was delicious. Only downfall was that I was there for my birthday and they have always done a photo and no one ever came to take the photo. Boo.

    Horrible experience. The lowest quality of food we’ve ever had at a restaurant. Everyone was fighting to be heard over each other, packed in like sardines. We had a reservation and was seated at 7pm. Did not receive a water let alone food until 7:50pm. And had our food by 845. Clearly frozen, tasteless, chewy seafood. The Chefs great personality can only take this place so far. Will not be back and would never recommend.
