Food was good but reservation was at 9:15 didn’t get seated till 10:05 and didn’t eat until 11 ended up leaving at midnight foods great but not worth the time having to wait in there

Longest wait time I have ever had arrived at 8:30 didn’t end up eating my food until 11ish. Could have had been managed better

Had a great time… the servers just need to check on the people at the table…never check in the person Cooking our Food NeNe was wonderful…her entertainment in cooking the food and interacting with as was on fire🔥…she was great…keep up the good work NENE… She made Birthday Dinner Great!!!

Disclaimer: This has not been my experiences at other locations this is specifically based off my experience at this location. Never have I ever had such a terrible experience with a restaurant and paid over $200. I did not leave a tip because the waitress was very sneaky and rude. She tried sneaking in thing we clearly stated we did not want to order with our meals. The food was mid. Chicken fried rice was delish and the filet migon was decent. However, the lobster was overcooked and tasted like the grill. My fiance ordered a $14 blue hurricane and this lady brought out a fishbowl. Mind you I cannot drink I am pregnant. So, what would he need with a large beverage like that. This drink was $40 and she knew exactly what he asked for! Scammer! I had to leave shortly after because I had a mild allergic reaction in which I do not blame them I was unaware I was allergic to mushrooms. Any who when we were getting ready to leave my 3-year-old want to finish her ice cream. Another guest at our table suggested the waitress to grab a cup not once but 3 times so my daughter could take her ice cream to go. She acted as if she couldn't because I left a $0 tip, due to poor service. Then when she realized how the other two couples at our table was looking at her, she stated she had something for us in the back. In which I declined. She kept persisting when I said no. We ultimately left the restaurant when she walked to the back anyways. What ticks me off is I would have left a $50 tip regardless had she not tried to scam me with secret upcharges. The greediness is just absurd.

the server barely came to us and we sat there over an hour with no drinks or service. the manager never came up and offered an apology or even came by to check on us. made this reservation for my friends birthday it was her first time going to a hibachi restaurant and most likely her last due to this horrible experiment. never dining with benihana again.

Our waiter, Daryl, and our cook, Justin , both did great jobs. They were extremely busy but handled it like pros. The food was very good.
