The cook wasn’t very entertaining and the food wasn’t seasoned as well as it normally is.
the service was great and by this being my first time here they didn't rush me and they were very helpful i instantly feel in love the food was great
We had reservations for 3 on the Hibachi table on Saturday night. We called beforehand and told possibly there could be others seated at our table but on the other side. We were ok with that but when we got there and walked into the restaurant, there were people everywhere in the lobby and some not wearing masks. When our table was ready, they walked us back to the table and there were people everywhere at other tables. It was very crowded for a restaurant during Covid; definitely more than 50% capacity. When they seated us, there was food particles on the Hibachi grill top and on/near where we were seating. We got up and left.
Food delicious as always. I’ve been to Benihana’s across the country; however, for the cost and experience of Japanese Hibachi cuisine, I would recommend this location to upgrade it’s exterior and interior design. It gives a basement vibe.
We were not advised that the restaurant validates parking for using the parking garage. Would have been nice to know.
The server was rude the cook was ruder will not be attending this location any more
Came for my Birthday. Wasn’t given anything to celebrate we used to get ice cream and we didn’t get a picture. Other than that things were good.
This is a very fun experience and super special for a birthday or special occasion. Highly recommend!!

Worst experience of my life, especially because we were trying to celebrate my friends birthday and they just couldn’t get things right. Firstly people that came after us were getting service before us, we waited over 30 minutes for a cook. We told them it was our first time ordering with them & they were no help to any of the questions we asked, forcing us to order things we didn’t even want. When the cook arrives he makes the food so randomly we had no rice with our entree because he took 35 mins just making the rice and noodles we eventually believed the entrees came from the back because we seen no meat on the grill by the cook. The rice was hard because he left on grill too long because he was so worried about making sure every charge was told to service rather than making sure the customers are having good service. The price of the food was way too much to not even be able to enjoy it due to the service.
Very disappointed with this location. Very smokey. Clothes smelled like smoke after leaving. Cleanliness was extremely poor! Chairs were dirty with dried dipping sauce so I asked the host to clean the chairs. She took a NAPKIN and wiped my chair and said just push the other chair under the table. Our waitress kept insisting that I buy a gift card to get $20 off next visit even after I told her we are vacationing here and this is our last night. Her reply is to give it to someone here. The chef was nice and the food tasted good. I won't go back to this location if I travel back to Houston, too unsanitary for me!
Everything was great , service was splendid, Benihana’s is my restaurant of choice

The shelf was quiet and boring. The food was not tasty at all there was no excitement and I will table with our chef he got out food mixed up the table behind us was way too loud we couldn’t even hear of the shelf was talking to us. it was a bad experience.

Celebrating my sons 5th birthday
It was ok. Two meals and one drink and the tab was 100 dollars. I wouldn't go again because it was just as other hibachi grill restaurant. The food was ok and the only think I really disliked was that they sat us at a table with other ppl and with Covid, they should have did one reservation per table if 4 or more ppl are in the party.. parking was 14 dollars for 2hrs. Too much money spent and it was just ok.

Despite all the Covid challenges, the restaurant has done an excellent job of making customers safe and welcomed.
We arrived at 9:15pm and were told that we weren’t able to get a table. So we we’re going to do take out instead. A young lady told another couple to just make a reservation so we can be seated, so we did that as well. We told her we made a reservation and she said she was going to get us a table. The man came back and told us that the dine in ends at 9:30pm and the reservations need to be made an hour before and told us that the young lady wasn’t aware of that. So we left & we still had to pay for parking since we were there so long.
I love Benihana, and this location is always fun and alive! During this visit, my food was delicious including the sake, but it took a while for our chef to start preparing food at our table. Our server was also very busy but the restaurant was crowded.
The service was good abs the food was amazing. I was a little disappointed that you guys dont make a bigger deal of birthdays like you used to. The song was a little dry, no paper hats, and no picture. Those are the things I was used that didnt happen.
