We went for dinner last night and the experience was less than pleasurable. There were 10 or more full hibachi grills and it appeared there were only 2 servers on the floor. We ordered a meal to go, but it was put it to be cooked on the grill in front of us, so we had to box it ourselves. We ordered sushi and had to get with, who I assume was a manager, to bring it to the table. There were several other things we had to ask for multiple times before they were brought out. Again, the experience was definitely not worth what we paid.

We started off with Jafar. After he took our food order he never returned. We sat at the grill for over 30 minutes waiting for him to start cooking our food. Another man came over & started cooking our food. One person in our party asked for just vegetables. She never received that. We weren’t asked if we would like more drinks. The manager didn’t come over & explain why Jafar not only never came back but also started working at another table. It was HORRIBLE service to be a Monday night & celebrating my birthday.

Great food with good Hibachi tricks, some of which I have never seen before. However, the noise level has quite high. Furthermore, the chef forgot to separate some veggie fried rice from the chicken. It was still very tasty.

Really thought there would be a show from the chef. All he did was cook with very very little interaction. That is what I thought we would get. I have had better chefs at a lot cheaper restaurants

Hice una reserva para las 7:15 llegué a las 7 el cocinero llegó a las 8:10 no sabía cocinar le puso soya a los vegetales la carne sin sabor los camarones parecían hervidos la plancha todo se le pegaba no saben ya a quien contratar para hacer la mala comida esa que sirven yo había ido antes a otros y nunca había tenido una experiencia como esa la margarita tuve que regresarla porque estaba salada y nada frisada me dijo después que tenían la Máquina rota en vez de decirlo antes en fin fue un verdadero desastre si llegaran a ir y les toca el cocinero Jacobo pidan otro porque ese es cocinero como yo doctora para mí están perdonados los Benihana en ninguna de sus localidades volveré en mi vida.y para rematar salsa con un gran tufo a comida exagerado no regreso más

We come here every year in May—it’s a bit of a tradition. It was definitely a childhood favorite, and at this point, I go mostly for the nostalgia… and honestly, the food is actually good! Now, when it comes to cleanliness and friendliness—that’s a different story. When you walk in, you may or may not get greeted. Same goes for the waitstaff; it really depends on who you get. This time around, we had a male waiter who was super attentive and genuinely sweet, which was a nice surprise. On the flip side, I asked one of the older female servers (who’s been there for years) a simple question, and she just shut it down with a blunt, “You’ll have to ask your own waiter,” lol. As for the building itself… There are several leaks, and feeling water drip on your head while you’re trying to eat isn’t exactly pleasant. It definitely makes you wonder about the cleanliness behind the scenes. But hey, the garlic butter kind of masks all of that, right? All that said, it’s still one of those spots that pulls you back—good food, good memories, and an experience you can count on (for better or worse).
