   Food was as expected Waiter service was excellent Chef was disappointing You pay for the show and there was no show. Making it far from worth the price for what is basically chicken and rice.

   The food was good and our chef super!! The only thing I did not like was the customer service from management. The managers need to be trained better. The manager walked the floor and never came to any the tables from what I can see to ask how was the food or how was the service or if you need anything. I’m very disappointed in the Benihana customer service. Our waitress was very good and professional and attentive to our table. As much money as people are paying for food and can’t get good customer service.. If we don’t support your business how are you going to say in business.

   Our server was the worst part of this experience, she had a terrible attitude and acted like we were an inconvenience. I asked her for a second round of drinks and she snapped at me and said she’d clear our dirty dishes in a little, which was not what I’d asked for. When the drinks did arrive she slammed them on the table. She never checked on us to see how our meal was. Our chef (Ricardo?) was great, he was entertaining and cooked the food perfectly. Thank you Chef for making our guest feel special during her first trip to America!

   Chef Samuel was awesome as he interacted very well with our toddler. Server Corey was very kind as well and the experience was very nice overall. We went at a really good time, valet were good as well.

   The food was delicious, and the chef excellent. The organization and administration was chaotic. We waited one hour to be seated (although we had reservations), and then 40 minutes to be served. Our reservation was at 7:30, we did not get the soup (first course) until 9:40. The place was loud, busy, tons of people moving around, the space too tight (we got bumped constantly by people sitting on the table next to us), and the shrimp dinner only had 4 shrimp. Our chef favored a group of 5 young beautiful females, so they got most of the shrimp and extras. I will not return to this Benihana location. Maybe I will try the other 2 in Broward county.

   We were here 5/8 for dinner for my birthday. What a great time. Our chef was amazing, funny, so personable & a great singer. He brought 4 tables in our section together. The food is always great. We had a great time.

   The overall experience was sub-par. It took over 40 minutes for them to get started. The person behind the hibachi was horrible. No personality, no show and not interaction with the entire table. Other tables were having an amazing time with the show you expect when going to a hibachi restaurant. Quite disappointed since I notated our reservation was for my husband’s 50th Birthday!!! Our friend even mentioned it again while at the restaurant and they brought us the check, never did anything like was done at other tables for people celebrating their birthdays .

    We brought our daughter and her friend for the experience and show we are used to. None of it happened. Just a lot of talking and singing. Very disappointing.
