Benihana was, without a doubt, the worst Japanese dining experience I've ever had. The food was bland, and for the high prices they charge, the portions were far too small. The quality was disappointing, which really affected my birthday celebration. I need to look for another Japanese restaurant because this experience was just frustrating. They advertised a five-course meal, but we only received a bitter salad and an unseasoned soup—nothing more. It felt like they ruined my birthday, and while my family tried to make it seem nice for the server's sake, the experience was just terrible for the cost. I really don’t understand why people choose to come here.

Roxana was great, put on a nice show for the birthday and the food was delicious! Diego was very attentive and we never had to wait for anything! Definitely will be back again

I was so shocked that the chefs were not actual Hibachi Japanese chefs… although our chef, who prepared our food, was 10x better than the other chefs present, still the over all performance was lackluster compared to authentic Japanese Chefs! Not sure what’s happening to the industry… but an Hibachi Restaurants, means authentic cuisines from a true Hibachi Japanese Chef. What I saw was purely not Hibachi. No doubt, I will not return!

We were a party of 6 and had a great time! Service was attentive and the food was delicious. It may seem a little pricey but you're getting a show and not just food dropped at your table. Definitely worth it for a special night out.

A reservation was set at 7 PM. Didn’t get seated until 734 didn’t get our drink order put in until eight didn’t receive our beverages until 810. This was a first time coming there. I drove 71 miles for my son‘s birthday and we will never ever Come back to this location. The food was undercooked meaning the vegetables the chicken was burnt and taste it burnt.

We were very disappointed in the food at Benihana. We've been to a number of hibachi restaurants and always enjoyed them. We had heard good things in the past about Benihana, but things must have changed there. The food, including the soup, salad, rice, vegetables, and shrimp were all disappointing. Not nearly as good as they have been in other hibachi restaurants. I would not go here again nor recommend this restaurant to others. Especially frustrating because the prices are high. Definitely not worth the value.

Service was aweful even after I asked the manager for help. Food is a huge ripoff. Steaks are tiny and lobster was plastic. We used to luv this place now we will never go back
