Arrive 6:50 PM for a 7 PM reservation. Seated at 7:25 PM. Chef shows up a table at 8:10 PM. Depart restaurant at 9 PM after one order of chicken, one order of shrimp and one order of scallops not on the chef’s cart and not realized until after the meal prep was finished. Saw our actual server two times at our table the entire night. Never even offered a drink refill. Food was excellent and chef was very good, but overall understaffed and not attentive to customers.

First time going to Benihana and it was soo much fun! I was laughing so much at the cook and the others at the table. The food was amazing and tasted so delicious Definitely had a great birthday dinner!! Will of course come back for more delicious food and laughs

Our chef, Welton, was fantastic!! Great food and very entertaining!! The rest of the staff was amazing and very friendly and efficient! I especially appreciated that they were so accommodating of me being celiac!! Thank you for a wonderful evening for my entire family!

Our server was awful. She didn’t refill our drinks, forgot our white rice and never checked on us. When we told her that she was rude.

Made a reservation for 630pm and we were told that they were behind on reservation. What? Reservation is to reserve that alotted time to get seated and eat and enjoy dinner. The guy upfront told us that its 40 min behind. Ok. We came back at 715 which is 45 min past our reservation time and he asked if he texted us i said no not yet but its been 45 min. I was again told that they were seating 6pm reservation and they were blaming opentable that open table reserved about 80 people per hr or something like that and they dont have any control of that because everything is online. Ok, then dont use online reservation. Food was great we order the wagyu menu but i think the server didnt undertand or heard that all 3 in our party order the same thing which was the A6 gradenof the wagyu. Chef or cook in our group was great, he was fun and entertaining which helps to get the frustration off from waiting for 1 hr and 15 min with the reservation not even a complimentary soda or water for waiting that long. Come in benihana, you can do better customer service for what you charged for your meal. If it werent for the chef, i would give this place a 1star
