Love Benihana! Always go there for special occasions. However the prices have sky rocketed and almost have become unaffordable. Love the food, ambiance, service, but not the prices....

Haven’t been for maybe 20 years. It’s as delightful and quirky as ever. Fun watching the hibachi chef do his thing. Food is actually well-prepared and tasty. Atmosphere reminds me of my high school cafeteria. We’ll be back…In another 20 years.

I’ve been a loyal Benihana customer for years, but unfortunately, I’ve noticed a steady decline in service—and my most recent visit was by far the most disappointing. Despite having a 7:45 PM reservation, we were not seated until 8:30. Once seated, we waited over 15 minutes before even being approached by a server to offer water. The chef appeared distracted, spending much of his time engaging with one party at the table, which resulted in my steak being overcooked. We didn’t leave until nearly 10:45 PM. I left feeling incredibly let down by an experience that used to be enjoyable and reliable. I truly hope the quality of service is addressed moving forward.

We had a good experience, except that we made reservations and they were really behind. It took almost an hour to be seated after our reservation time. I understand they were very busy otherwise great experience.

We had a party of 10 and our Chef Rafael Cook every dish to perfection! I have to rate Rafael in the top five overall Chef at this location. Gotta send a special shot out to Steve ! Always provides superior service to everybody around the table, making sure everybody is happy, making sure everybody’s is taken care.

Busy Father’s Day decreased satisfaction. Wait was over 45 minutes despite reservations. After seating, food was slow to come. Though it quickly arrived, one course after the next, once service started. Staff were friendly and polite. Food was tasty.
