   Made a reservation for 630pm and we were told that they were behind on reservation. What? Reservation is to reserve that alotted time to get seated and eat and enjoy dinner. The guy upfront told us that its 40 min behind. Ok. We came back at 715 which is 45 min past our reservation time and he asked if he texted us i said no not yet but its been 45 min. I was again told that they were seating 6pm reservation and they were blaming opentable that open table reserved about 80 people per hr or something like that and they dont have any control of that because everything is online. Ok, then dont use online reservation. Food was great we order the wagyu menu but i think the server didnt undertand or heard that all 3 in our party order the same thing which was the A6 gradenof the wagyu. Chef or cook in our group was great, he was fun and entertaining which helps to get the frustration off from waiting for 1 hr and 15 min with the reservation not even a complimentary soda or water for waiting that long. Come in benihana, you can do better customer service for what you charged for your meal. If it werent for the chef, i would give this place a 1star

   I made a reservation three weeks prior to Mother’s Day. We had to wait almost two hours for our table. The front desk staff were rude and a disaster. Will never go back.

   We had reservations for 4 people for 5:30 on Mother's Day. When we arrived it was jam packed and they said they were behind and had overbooked. We were not seated until 6:45 and the dinner felt rushed as they still had more people waiting behind us. At the price they are asking, this kind of service is not ok. The food was good and the chef was great.

   The server was very rude, the manger came to assist which was great, the cook tried his best from the screw up from the server. It was hot, crowed and we waited over 2 hours with a reservation. First round of drinks was salty and had to get another one. My ticket was over priced. We will never go back again.

   We waited over an hour to be seated. I made our reservation months ago. Your poor workers had to deal with a lot of disgruntled patrons. Please fix your time management process or reservation system. We love Benihanas but will skip going on holidays after our experience yesterday.

   Great childhood memories of this place. Had a 3:30pm reservation on a Sunday, but place was packed and we weren’t seated for almost an hour past our reservation time! Once we were seated, chef and service were great.

   Our server was not very friendly. She was very short with us. Had to ask for a refill from others to call her she didn’t come check in on us. She forgot sushi we ordered. Usually have great service today was disappointing.

   Great place, great food, of course pressure you to spend a lot but overall love it. I recommend the 5 course
