I have been nervous to eat hibachi since diagnosed with celiac; however, Benihana went above and beyond my expectations! Our chef cooked my food first and was so kind. Great experience!

We let our server know a few times we had someone at the table who needed to be gluten free - we also told her since we were the only family at the table that we would all use gluten free soy sauce, and yet she did not let our chef know we were gluten free. She disappeared after delivering the salads and did not bring rice until we were halfway through our meal. She was very inattentive. Our chef did a good job and was quick to ensure gluten free preparation once we told him. We go once a year for a special occasion and were disappointed in the service.

Amazing Birthday experience! Was fun and food was so good! Was a little noisy but nothing that wouldn’t stop after 30 seconds. Love that there is a non alcoholic beverage menu. Definitely will be back :)

It’s a fun place to go. Our 5 year olds were happy. Our table chef was fantastic. Food was good. Seafood better than steak. The area where we sat was too cold but mgmt responded and made it more comfortable. Thank you!

This place really needs a makeover. The amount of business they get should provide them with plenty resouces to replace and clean the interior. The grease is hamging in the air and on every around. The floors are really gross. They used to tell us 8 us max at a table and our party of 7 was smashed in with 2 more people and it was very uncomfortable to sit and eat with that many people. We ordered Hibatchi Chateaubriand. Another party ordered New York Strip hibatchi steak. Not paying attention, he gave me the new york strip and the other person ended uo with my $50 steak. We were all sure of it but we had not caught it while he was cooking and giving it out. 2 meals cost us $120 and no alcohol or appetizers. Just fried rice and 1 meal. I had a $30 birthday certificate. It used to be a free entree 20 years ago they gave $30. Now prices are almost double and you still get $30. To upgrade from white to fried rice is $7. It definitely is an overcharge. They have some great tasty food. We had reservations and they were 40 mins late in seating us. Again a table to 8 should be just that, not 9 or 10 unless those are all one family and dont mind that. We had elderly people who were very uncomfortable. It is loud and smoky and greasy. The atmosphere could be nicer. That extra room the built is much nicer!

Food was great as usual. The menu has changed somewhat but were still able to find something that we all wanted to eat that was close to what we usually order. Noticed that there are some items that have add on costs like teriyaki sauce that didn't use to be that way. Like anywhere else, the prices have gone up. We always seem to be seated with people who have kids that don't necessarily behave and scream. This does not help my personal dining experience. Our waitstaff person was excellent!

We had our Saturday plans get canceled and wanted to do something special for our 4 and 2 year old kids. None of us had ever had hibachi and thought it might be fun. The server asked if we had ever been, we said no, but then she didn't explain how the process worked. The other family sitting with us explained how to order and what to expect. The other tables had energetic chefs. I saw laser lights, steam, and heard train whistles at other tables - there were big flames and cheers, but our table had none of that. Our chef didn't do any flair at all. The other family explained they were regulars and the chef we got didn't do any of that stuff... ok, then what's the point? I paid almost $200 for lunch, we could have gone to panda express for 1/4 of the price, I thought I was paying for a show. I can honestly say I will never come back here by choice.
