Our server was great and the cook good- but it took them two hours to even get to start cooking our food. This is not the type of place you want to spend 3 plus hours for dinner.

It took the chef 45 min before he came out and started our food. He then was mad the grill was too hot and made us move to another table after sitting there for almost an hour. He didn’t do any of the tricks or exciting skills that they typically do. And wasn’t exciting or happy. He over cooked the chicken in the fried rice but undercooked the rice, my daughters steak tasted like rubber and mine was overcooked and the price of meat did not look quality. Our waitress was great, but no one offered a complimentary drink or anything for how long we waited, for the move or for how bad our chefs attitude was.

We had a reservation but still had to wait over 1hr to sit down. Service was slow. Ordered an appetizer at the bar while waiting and it took over 40m. Chef was ok nothing spectacular. Very expensive for the amount of food and overall experience.

Always have a great time at Benihana but when my reservation is for 7 and I don’t get seated until 7:55pm there is a problem. Had they let me know when we checked in how far behind they were we would have sat in empty bar area and had cocktail and app but they made it seem like we were getting seated any second. I checked in twice and they said just couple more minutes. It was my daughter’s birthday or I would have complained to manager. Food good and our chef was very good.

We had an amazing experience. We were able to be solo for our monthly date night and our food preparer was amazing and social!! The food was amazing and he even changed my mind about Med well done vs well done☺️☺️☺️We will return again.

This was an overall great experience. Our cook was fun and told lots of jokes, the food was delicious, and the rest of the table that we didn't know were awesome and added to our experience! Absolutely recommend!
