We go for the good food and a show. However, Mike was more like a private chef that said very little and zero entertainment. Our waiter was great.

I have been to Benihana in other parts of the country and this one was disappointing. Not sure that the chef knew totally what he was doing. Just wasn't worth what I paid for it.

They really need to attend to the restrooms more diligently! This is the second time we've been there that the wife said they were disgusting. We told the hostess, wonder if anything was done with them. This was early in the evening also.

Looked at prices, dirtiness of place and walked out. Food is overpriced for what it is now. Found a better hibachi place.

Our chef was absolutely wonderful. Michael puts his heart and soul into his cooking and you can taste it in every bite! I am so happy that we had him as our chef, as I brought 3 new individuals who have never experienced Benihana before and he made it a night to remember. Our service was incredibly slow and we had to beg for our waters to be refilled, to which they were only refilled once during our entire 2.5 hour stay. She also forgot our steamed rice so we finally got it when she returned and unfortunately we were already half way through our meal. Our server was very overwhelmed and even barked at the chef because he needed extra items to plate our food. Luckily, Michael made up for the lack of service we had from our waitress. We will definitely return to see The Chef!

Corporate needs to make some changes to the reservation system, they routinely overbook and make people sit for too long when they have reserved for a certain time. We made 7pm reservations and weren’t sat until 745, didn’t eat and leave until 930. Your patrons don’t want to sit for 3 hours for a meal

We waited an hour past our reservation time to be seated. Server never came back to check on us while chef was cooking so had to wait 45 minutes for a drink refill.
