Been coming to this location for 20 years. The staff has changed but the food remains consistent. Ask for "spicy" fried rice... they put their Diablo sauce in it, and you won't be able to eat Hibachi fried rice any other way afterwards.

Ben, our chef, was outstanding! He engaged with all the table and had age appropriate jokes. Food was wonderful too! Chelsea, our server was extremely attentive to our needs, in a manner in which not to interrupt our dining experience.

The chef at our table was very sweet to two small-ish children (ages 5 and 8) who were a little skittish about the whole experience. He made our evening a winner!

Reservations for 6:45. Seated about 20 minutes later. Sat until after 8pm waiting for a chef. We’re usually seated and have a chef within 30 minutes. Offering a free sushi appetizer to the entire table due to our long wait didn’t appease the two of us, as we don’t eat sushi. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Totally unlike our past experiences with Benihana.

We made reservations for 7:15 and didn’t get a table until 8:20. The air conditioning did not work in the building and we had to ask twice for a side of plain rice ordered for the kids. The staff really tried to do the best they could under the conditions but it was ridiculous to call it a reservation and have to wait that long. It was Fathers Day but allowing so many reservations to be booked together is poor planning on their part. The manager never came bay to apologize or offer anything. I am done with this site , pick a different restaurant or location.

I had supreme deluxe from specialty menu (most expensive), and my husband had chateaubrian set. We asked for medium cut and the meat came well done. The eggs is liquid, not fresh eggs. I still believe that hibachi should be done by a professional, not just a cook. This is the worst benihana I have ever been. Also, we love spicy food ( level 8/10), so we asked for spicy sauce on side and we came home with stomachache. Not coming back there!
