   We weren’t seated until 30 min after our reservation. It was my son’s birthday. They said they would bring a kids menu but never did, which also makes a hat that he wanted to wear. I saw a bunch of grown men wearing them, but never was it offered to an actual child. Very limited tricks by the cook, which was the whole point t of being there. Would not go back.

   The quality of this restaurant has gone down greatly. I realize the economic times are hard, and that corners have to be cut, but this was ridiculous. The portion sizes are very small, and they dice everything very small so as to give the illusion of more food. Each were given our choice of rice I chose white. That was a mistake. It was cold and flavorless. And it was served to me a good 15 minutes before any of my other food. We were a group who did not want seafood as we had several allergies. The restaurant does not allow for substitutions on the shrimp. So basically each of us got one small piece of protein no matter how much you paid, some very bland rice, one thinly sliced and flavorless cucumber, a sliced and diced section of an onion, and a couple of overly salty sauces. The dressing on the salad was disappointing. Not to mention the portion on the salad was teeny. We felt that the show was a little lackluster, but we could’ve lived with that had the food been better. The best part if the meal was the ice cream at the end because I was able to finally cleanse my pallet from all the MSG. We will not be returning.

   The food was amazing and the atmosphere was great—really enjoyed both! However, the waitress could have been a bit friendlier, and it would be nice if they were more attentive . Overall, still a good experience

   The chef hardly spoke at all whole the chef Ben next to us really put on a show. A little disappointed that our chef was inanimate, not much, if any, of a show. I dropped well over $300 for a show that never happened

   Definitely one of the worse experiences I had there and let me tell you I’m there very often The restaurant was empty we choose to seat at the bar lounge for faster service . The rice and vegetables were from the day before chicken was dry and veggies were bitter the portions were extremely small than usual. My server seem to be rush to leave brought the check before we were done eating. I ask for my food to be remade but my experience was ruined by they time they brought the rice and vegetables I was long done with with my protein

   Cool was a Lil slow so each item did come out separately including each vegetable so nothing could be at together about 15-20min apart but was delicious

   They’re using egg substitute now. Ew. It’s also not very clean. The managers are there, but just standing around.

   the wait staff was not organized and confused and had tables all over the restaurant seemed like she was new. didnt know what a calamari steak was jeez I have ordered that as an add on for the 20 plus years that we have been going to Benihana's. The restaurant was really busy, and she seemed overwelled ... the chef (brandon) was great even he was new, and they didn't prep his cart fully but he made due and joked about it ... hard to get service in a timely manner

    Waitress was the worse I’ve ever encountered. All she continued to say is no and I can’t. On the flip side the cook Mike was amazing and was also confused that the waitress couldn’t accommodate and he actually assisted and turned the food experience around.
