Benihana（ベニハナ）ではユニークなダイニングを体験できます！専属シェフが相席テーブルで伝統的な鉄板焼きの技を披露しています。目の前でスライスしたり、さいの目に切ったりする様子を眺めながら、おいしいステーキ、柔らかいチキン、ジューシーなシーフードを楽しめます。腕利きの寿司職人がにぎる寿司、特製カクテルも用意しています。Benihana Beavertonは高速道路217号線の西側にあるワシントン・スクエア・モールの近くに位置しています。日中は美しいパティオで寿司や鉄板焼きランチを、夜はファイアーピットのそばで食事を楽しめます。ビーバートン店では個室を2室用意しています。1室には16～20名座れる鉄板焼きテーブ2卓、もう1室にはテーブルが3卓があり、大人数での利用に最適です。

    We had a 7:00 reservation. We waited 45 minutes to be seated. An hour later my son and daughter in law had to leave it was so late. Another 15 minutes the chef finally started cooking. So as soon as the food was done we packed it up to go home as it was nearing 10:00. This happened once before and they comped 50% of our bill. This time they didn't so much as comp an iced tea. The only positives I must say is the food was excellent, Chef Scott was great, and our server was nice and apologetic.

    The food was good, but the service was horrendous. We had a 1:15 reservation, and we weren’t seated until well after 2:00.

    While I am an avid fan of Benihanna, this particular visit they were having some staffing issues. Our chef was great and the food tasted delicious. My reservation was for 12:15 and we didn't leave until 3 pm. I had placed a to go order to be prepared in the back and the ticket disappeared so had to wait again after already waiting so long for our meal. The host was doing amazing trying to help out. It was just one of those bad situations.

    Chef Scott was really nice and amazing at his job our waiter was fast attentive and outspoken w the service definitely coming back 💯10/10

    After making a reservation we didn’t get in for an hour after that and didn’t eat for 2 hours after that. The chef was really nice and amazing but come on 2 hour wait with reservations

    Sadly, Benihana in Beaverton is not what it used to be. They have instituted cost cutting measures and it is obvious. Chef talent is not what is used to be, our chef spent the time explaining how he was cooking like it was a cooking show. No real eggs anymore for the fried rice. The steaks were fatty and the chef did not cut off the fat. Benihana is not worth the $400 we spent for our family meal. Sadly, after 15 years of going to Benihana for special occasions, we will be looking elsewhere.

    The chef had a good sense of humor and did a good job cooking the food. It tasted good, but some of it was too salty. We had a nice time. Good place to celebrate a birthday.

    We had a reservation for 6:45 PM. We arrived at 6:42 PM and had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. This wasn't much of an issue until I realized why. Our server, Ana, took our drink and appetizer order then disappeared for 10 minutes. Our drinks arrived shortly along with our appetizer, which was fine. But then we sat. And we sat. And we sat. To the point I finally got up and went to the front desk. We had been waiting for the chef and our server for almost 30 minutes. I realized as I walked through the dining room of 6 or 8 teppanyaki tables, only two had chefs. Everyone else was waiting just like we were. I asked the hostess what the problem was and although she was pleasant, she didn't really have a response. I told her we would pay for our drinks and were leaving. At that moment, the floor manager showed up and somewhat argumentatively told me a chef was headed out to our table right now to begin our preparation. Our chef was great, Ana was great but it was obvious the restaurant was grossly understaffed. It should never have been overbooked as it was. It's not fair to the patron or the employees. We had dirty dishes sitting in front of for most of our meal. Our dessert was served while our dirty dinner dishes were piled up in front of us. The staff's vibe was totally stressed because they couldn't keep up. Our meal was $337.20 and needless to say, I doubt any of us will be going back. I should also note there was another family at our table with two 9 or 10 year old boys so for them it was probably worse. I want to make sure whoever reads this that these issues were a complete failure on the house management, not the workers. I would also like to point out a manager never explained the wait or apologized but only showed up after the chef had been cooking for 20 minutes. We left at 9:15 - 2.5 hours after we arrived with 1/3 of that time spent waiting.
