    Food and entertainment was good, but the prices were expensive for what you get. I got a chicken breast and four shrimp for $45. Dinner for five with zero alcohol cost $325. We had 7:00 reservations and our food wasn’t prepared for us until 8:45. There was an incident in the kitchen and we weren’t told about it until we asked what was taking so long. Didn’t discount our bill or offer anything else. They were kind and great service, but definitely expensive for what you get and it took forever to get our food.

    My family has been going to Benihana's for years, we love this place. The food is always delicious and the service is great. The different chef's we've had over the years have always been enjoyable.

    So this was quite a bummer. It was my partners birthday and a Friday. She wanted to use her $30 birthday coupon and didn’t see the fine print, that they don’t accept the coupon on Fridays. We had a 7:00 reservation, were told they were running late. We were texted at 7:50, then still stood at the front for another 25 minutes, finally seated, ordered and told we can’t use the coupon. After a wait of over 90 minutes, we weren’t even going to eat.

    Great Hibachi experience if that is your thing. The food was great. It’s a bit loud cause you’re sitting under large vents but it’s hibachi so I guess you shouldn’t expect less. It was fun, the kids enjoyed it. It’s about $40-50 a plate so expect that, but it’s a great experience to have food being prepared in front of you.
