   Fabulous experience this evening. Our waitress Amiee was absolutely positively amazing. Great service great food we can’t wait to go back again.

   Valet parking was very nice. Food and Service was great. View was the best! Will be back.

   All of had a different entree and appetizers and everything was fabulous. Valet girl was so friendly greeting us and the same when left Already planning a return visit

   The food was good but the service was odd. We had to ask if there were any specials and there was one. It included a wagu beef steak. When asked what cut of meat it was he looked at me as if I was an alien! Never did find out what cut it was from. My friend ordered the special which came with a salad. After some time our entres arrived. He never got his salad! Then a beet salad appeared. It was upgraded from the original but he disliked beets! His salad appeared instantly... not sure why it wasn't delivered earlier. No information was given nor was he offered a discount due to this clear mistake. All around odd service. I guess I was expecting more.

   Our waiter, in this fine dining restaurant, was not dressed very nicely and was wearing a baseball cap. Our starter of soup was delivered and two minutes later our entrée was delivered. The food was just so-so and no very warm. When we paid for our dinner via credit card, we had to ask our waiter for a copy for our records. We felt that should have been automatically given to us. We will not return to this restaurant!

   Bellatrix needs some serious improvement. Service was extremely slow for a Saturday night with a 5:00 pm early reservation. Four of us dined and 3 of those were 84 year old ladies. The Veal Parmesan that was served was like a steak tarter totally uncooked and totally unacceptable. The waitress immediately took it away and the dinner was replaced with salmon that was cooked.. All and all we were very disappointed.

   This place is a hidden gem! The staff is outstanding , the food is wonderfully prepared with great presentation. Best place to go for dinner prior to an event at the arena.

    I love the bacon wrapped dates! 5 on a plate and very filling. Partner ordered the Rueben sandwich and it wasn’t quite what he was expecting — pastrami piled high on marbled rye. And the description was accurate. He just didn’t read the fine print. Our waiter, Julian, provided exceptional service! Great team! Will definitely be back!
