Went to dinner during the Festival of Lights which they’ve turned into a horrendous circus. That aside, we ordered a lasagna and a chicken pesto, plus two drinks (very weak). 4 items, total $103!!! Plus $30 parking at the mission inn, no validation.the food was just okay. Won’t be back!

My review is for the hostess Lyanne, who hid her name tag, as she was being rude and disrespectful. We made a reservation via OpenTable for 4:45 pm and the hostess upon check in was clearly having a terrible day. We were seated in a corner table next to 20+ table, our hostess and waitress argued in ear shot as to how our table was not hers. 20 mins later, no drinks, bread or order. When asked to speak to the manager, we were told she was busy. We walked out...end of story

A disaster. Will not return. Arrived at 7.20 for a 7.30 reservation. No place to sitcwhile waiting, no lounge, Bar. Finally got a table at 7.55 pm. No apology for the wait. Busses served water and said that bread would arrive in about 10 minutes. Never arrived. Order taken. Have to say that it arrived on a timely basis, and the quality was pretty good, but no one ever came back to check on us, refill beverages, or offer parmesean cheese. At least 30 minutes went by. Eventually, asked bussesr for a to go box. It never happened. Finally, the server came back. Asked for the box again and the check. Won't go back.

They only had two servers, so severely understaffed. Our server was excellent, considering she had half the restaurant. However, our Focacia bread was cold & hard. The meal was lukewarm & it was cold outside. The restaurant should pay workers extra for staff to work during the holiday season, especially since more people come for the lights during the holidays. The food was very expensive. I could have gone to another Italian restaurant and got the same meal but hot for much less.

We were able to sit outside and look at all the lights. They lit the fire pit for us so it was comfortable!

Over all very nice. It was Christmas Day and the staff seemed a little overwhelmed. Food was great and prices were reasonable. Would definitely recommend and will go again.

We had a 4pm reservation. We arrived at 3:55pm and they refused to seat us. We came back at 4:10pm and they put us at the end of the waiting list...so we left and went to ProAbition across the street. Management puts too much trust in their young staff and they don't have the experience or constitution to care enough.

We sat for 30 minutes before being approached The calamari was dreadful and they tried to deliver it to another table I ordered a glass of wine to be served with the calamari and I was told thet "were working on that" Service was awful not worth the cost Will not go there again
