Have enjoyed this restaurant for many years. Food is consistently good as well as the service. Had the beet salad and the shrimp risotto. Both were delicious. We usually eat at the bar but decided we wanted a more intimate dinner in the dining section. We were not disappointed!

We felt cheated by the description of ‘bayside / harborside’ dining. A more accurate description might be ‘conveniently located on a busy highway with a bus stop right outside the door’

I had made a reservation for the dining area but when we got there I was told it was full. We did not want to sit in the bar because it is hard to have a conversation. We ate out on the patio which was nice but we couldn't hear any music at all. That was disappointing.

We were sitted in the outside patio by the hostess. Never given menus. Waited 15” but no one ever came to wait on us so we left.

Bad experience. Went to Waterline. Much better!

We got off to a bad start because we were seated at a table and then we sat and watched other people being seated and served drinks before anyone even approached our table. I finally had to catch the attention of the other waiter.
The food was good and we enjoyed the live music.

We went on Valentine's even't. I totally understand the almost an hour delay (even with reservation) on this kind of special day and maybe traffic or some how.

To be honest, the service is good even waitress was busy. Most of the food are good, but not excellent. As a person who graduate from the Hospitality major, we can make about the same level in school (with 2 to 3 semester training).

Please read the following in Bold and Large size:
The dessert were HORRIBLE, SERIOUSLY!!!
Everyone knows it was specially even for Valentine's Day! But both the dessert were really really really bad! I rather the restaurant bring out......let's stay.....GOVIDA chocolate Sampler or Strawberry covered w/ Chocolate (Dark / Milk selection). OR, maybe something like "Cabernet Sauvignon pour over Chocolate Ice Cream w/ Cherry or Strawberry decoration on top".
You know, dessert is the plate to make most of the ladies happy. And guys can only get happy when their spouse are happy. So, if you mess up the dessert, ladies are not happy, guys are not happy, they have high chance to break up just because of the dessert (or at least they won't have a good time after dinner and before bed time.) YOU KNOW??? HOW IMPORTANT IT IS?????

Please, be really care about your customers especially you are a high end restaurant.

This place is ideal for romantic dates. I took my wife there this Valentine's and she loved it. The food was amazing and the atmosphere is just perfect.

Very dissapointed in the care and consent for the fact of having timed reservations wih bayside and as well with this opentable site. After verifying my confirmation for reservation and calling bayside a day prior to the 14th of February, we were denied access to the restaurant. So as u can imagine after driving 30-45 minutes to the establishment with set reservations confirmed here and with verbal confirmation with bayside the day prior, being denied access completely ruined me and my significant others Valentine’s Day. It is completely unprofessional, shows the integrity of said restaurant and this reservation software, and is jus out right rude. Yes I can understand it’s a very busy day being Valentine’s Day. Be that being said why would u take a reservation and then not honor it and ruin somones night. Makes no sense to why somone would even call in and confirm thier reservation to reassure thier special night will go as planned. Totally let me down.

We had reservations for 8:00 pm, took us 45 minutes to check-in at the front, another 30 minutes to get seated. Then drinks, appetizer, meals were all late too. Certainly not what we expected from this class of restaurant.

We got to the restaurant 15 minutes before our reservation time and there was a long line. It was impossible to check in with the hostess and then the people on line told us they all had reservations and the 6 o'clock guests were just seated and most of the people on line were 7, 7:30 and so on. We had an 8 o'clock reservation and when we saw about 40 people on line we left. Did not get any response from the restaurant or you until 4 days later, very upset, and disappointed with the whole scenario. Why send me numerous reminders and get 2 phone calls to confirm from the restaurant which we did, what did it get us, AGGRAVATION and a wasted 40 minute drive through traffic.

We made a reservation on Open Table for Valentine's Day and showed up 30 minutes before our time thinking we would check-in and get a drink. Well...it took an hour just to check-in for our reservation!!! Horrible experience and even worse planning by the restaurant staff. Will not go back.

Ooooh, where do I start? Waited 60 minutes outside of the restaurant in a long line for our 8pm reservation. Line was about 80 people strong. Sat down at 8:45pm, at a tiny table in a corridor between other tables. Ordered a seafood appetizer in addition to our $75/person set menu. Restaurant forgot the seafood order. Their advertised prix fix menu had items like Foie Gras and other fancy items but was deleted and not on the menu when we arrived at the restaurant. Appetizer came out at 9:30pm. Entree came out at 10:15pm. People that sat down after us got their food first some how (both tables ordered steak and rack of lamb). Asked for dessert to-go and for the check along with the entree. Worse meal ever.

Went for Valentine’s dinner. We had a 7:30 reservation and waited in line just to get to the hostess desk for 50 minutes. The least organized group of staff I have seen. No apologies for the wait. After checking in, we had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes. We’re finally seated at just before 9:00pm.

I showed up for a 7:30 reservation at 7:00 for Valentine’s Day and there was a line snaked around the corner. By 7:40 we still weren’t even at the front of the line to check in with the hostess and people with 7:00 reservations were still being told it would be a significant wait until they were seated. The restaurant had clearly overbooked but we’re doing absolutely nothing to combat the situation. This would have been bad on any night but absolutely ruined Valentine’s Day. I ultimately forfeited my reservation due to a lack of tables.
