Reservation was for 6 people, table was set for 5, had to squeeze in the 6th. Our waiter did not come to the table for quite some time, had to ask for him. Then we were treated as an intrusion instead of guests. Food was mediocre at best. The cost is quite pricey to be this disappointed. Will not be going back

I didn't eat at Bay Harbor. I drove up for my reservation and discovered that I had to pay $20 for parking. I cancelled my reservation and dined elsewhere.

I was pleasantly surprised by Bay Harbor! Cedar Point lacks any good / quality dining inside the park. This is just right across the street / walking distance and the environment is comfortable and the menu was diverse and delicious! Enjoy 2 meals here on 2 consecutive nights.

After visiting Cedar Point for over 30 years, first time to dine at Bay Harbor. It was excellent dining for my adult family.

We had Abby as our server & she was spectacular!!! She recommended items & was spot on. Never needed for a refill on waters or cocktails, always spot on. I personally had the lobster risotto & even was able to praise the chef for his great food. Abby brought out dessert plate & 2 of us had the most outstanding cheesecake we’ve ever had. The others enjoyed their desserts as well, but that cheesecake was out of this world. Will definitely be back this summer

Excellent service. It was just me with my two young, hungry, tired, boys. My waitress was attentive and engaged with my children. The food came out quickly and was great. French onion is a must. We had a beautiful view of the marina. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful dinner . The food was very good and the martinis were also excellent. We were seated next to a window so it was wonderful to be able to see the harbour and marina. The only downside was that the place was a little out of date with decor but that wouldn't stop us from going again! Great place!

Ordered the grouper. It was cooked frozen so it was half raw. Took so long to replace, everyone else was finished and ready for dessert. Sent it back. They did credit half the meal.

But went to TGI Frudays to eat dinner. At 10:00.

The food can be good for the area, but not worth this.

We were a party of ten with 2 - 10 yr olds and 2 - 16 yr olds, rest adults. we were seated prompty and our drink orders were taken not too long after we sat down. we were allowed to split an adult order of crab legs for the 2 - 10 yr olds which a lot of restaurants won't do. the wine last was nice and affordable. the crab crakes are the best i have ever eaten and i've had crab cakes all over the world. 2 adults got fiillet migon and they said it was the best. hardly needed a knife to cut it, was so tender. service was outstanding. portions are large so we got dessert to go. the desserts are wonderful and a good variety are available. expensive but well worth every penny spent. a 595.00 bill for 10 people, with 2 teenage boys who eat like adults, very reaswonable for quality

Great place to eat after a long day at Cedar Point! Lobster Bisque is delicious enough to merit dining here all on its own. Wasn't crowded at all during our meal, wait staff was attentive. Good kids menu and friendly toward kids. Definitely going to eat here again the next time we travel to Cedar Point!

We were so very disappointed in our meals. The breading on the perch was hard and tasteless.
My husband's pasta was drowned in a cream sauce, which was supposed to be a light cream sauce.
We have wonderful memories of good meals at the Bay Harbor in the past, but things have changed and not for the better.

We were visiting the area and had dinner at Bay Harbor two nights in a row!
The fish and seafood dishes were delicious and Lori took excellent care of us
both evenings--great food, charming harbor view, and exceptional service.

It started off ok we got water to drink my wife ordered the Alaskan king crab legs and I ordered the sea scallops when the scallops come to the table they were cold so after a few minutes the waitress came around and ask how her food was and I said are the ski sea scallops supposed to be cold she said absolutely not let me take it back and get you some a fresh one so I had to eaten half of one of the sea scallops and a brick hard roll that they sent out and some of the role was still in the food so when my plate came back it came back with only 5 sea scallops and pieces of the sea scallop that I had cut up still mixed in it so what they did was rewarm my food and serve it back to me I wasn't very happy at all the waitress got the manager in the manager apologize obviously said that and brought me a $25 gift certificate to return another time and I had a Groupon so they took that and considered the meal paid for waiting for them to come back to the table after 30 minutes to let us know that the Groupon and everything was taken care of I had to ask a different waitress that was cleaning tables to find my waitress to make sure it was okay that we left so we sit there for an extra 35 minutes doing nothing so no my dining experience was not very good I was very unhappy I gave the gift card to a friend and I told them I hope they have a better experience than we did

Very disappointed in the quality with the food...I don’t know if they changed chefs but very poor quality for what you spend. The steaks (not up to par, You could get a better tasting steak at Longhorn) the crab legs were dry and old, even the butter was watery tasting. We go to Bay Harbor quite often and this year (yes I said this year we’ve been there at least 4x) has really really disappointed us. Bay Harbor is in our “backyard” but I would travel (Toledo Final Cut or Cleveland) before going there again.

This is a stellar restaurant, they never let us down. Everything is great or they will make it great. The servers all work together to provide you a wonderful memory. The Chef and his team work to make your taste buds dance and your face smile. Bay Harbor is our first pick for a special night out.

We were seated promptly with a view of the harbor at Cedar Point. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. We started with shrimp cocktail and I had salmon my wife had the filet. everything was done to perfection with generous portions. We took deserts home they too were scrumptious. We’ll be back to enjoy another night out.

My wife and I wanted to try Bay Harbor for a first-time, special occasion date. We were a little set back that such a fine dining spot would be located inside an amusement park! But the food was terrific with service to match, and the view of the water was a bonus. We promised to return!

Ambiance and service were fine. Calamari appetizer was nothing more than the cheapest rings I have ever had. Ordered fried perch which came with such a thick, somewhat over cooked breading that the fish could not be tasted. When I complained a second order with what was supposed to be less breading was not any better. Would not go back.

We use to love this restaurant! Would eat here often when we lived in town. Came in for a birthday dinner, first time we have been there in close to a year. The food was average at best and the service was subpar! I don’t see us coming back anytime soon. The only thing this restaurant has going for itself right now is the view. Hopefully they make some improvements because this place has always been a great choice. Our friends warned us it’s changed for the worse and unfortunately they were right.
