This restaurant is serving beef. If you don't want meat, this is not the place for you. Having said that, this is not your average steakhouse. They are specializing in using the entire cow and present the main selection of cuts on a chalk board. The number of each type (and size) available is fixed every night and they are crossed off as people order their meals. The side dishes and appetizers are delicious and attractive. Ingredients are sourced locally. Everything is cooked to perfection. The service is excellent and the wait staff knows their stuff and provide excellence advice. The décor and atmosphere is sort of old world, light, airy, energetic and upbeat. The restaurant is not large and reservations are hard to get, so plan ahead...unless you want to eat late. Very unique place.
