Service was outstanding; attentive but subdued. The drinks were delicious and refreshing; the margarita being one of the best in the city. Food (brisket, chopped pork & sausages) was mouthwatering; smoky, juicy and tender. Baked beans, cornbread and especially the broccoli salad were the standout sides.

We met for a business lunch and had dinner, as they had previously. The food has always been great. The chicken thighs are awesome. So awesome! Great cheese/bacon burger for lunch with a side of Caesar, homemade dressing! David the owner, came by to greet us, wonderful vibe at this place. They do not accept tips! The owners pay their staff extra so tips arent necessary!

The brunch at Barque is so good! I had pulled pork on cornbread with poached eggs. Delicious and filling! Service was excellent and the chairs are extremely comfortable.

Good food, pricey. Weekdays kids eat free for great value families. This is why entrees are priced so high! Slow service but pleasant.

The attention and the food was outstanding. It's the first I get this level of service; high quality. Food was delicious. The place is clean and organized. I paid a meal for my family of four $160k and it included dessert. Not bad at all. I would recommend it 100%.

One of the best places in Toronto. Food is excellent, drinks are great and the team are lovely. It’s a true gem and I hope I can come back for many years to come.

Great food, server was attentive and very helpful . Had the sampler for 2 upedto 3. Teenage daughter and us. Had the brisket, pork and ribs with fries Caesar salad and Brussels. She loved the brisket especially and the Brussels expensive but worth it and server didn’t need a tip ,owner pays them living wage ,also no gst lol Yum
