   This is no longer Barndiva. It is basically a bait and switch, different location, different menu, completely different restaurant. It is Studio Barndiva. Anyone looking for Michelin star Barndiva, it no longer exists. The hostess will give you attitude if you bring up the fact this is not Barndiva. Later in the night we spoke with locals and learned all the drama and how bad Studio Barndiva is. Do not go here! All the kitchen staff is gone, ridiculous menu and portions. They are bait and switching off the name recognition. They even have the audacity to have a Michelin, 2024 sticker on the door. Massive false advertising. They do not deserve your business.    Heard so many great things about this place, but sad to say it fell quite short. Oysters were not cold, and menu selections felt very average and unexciting for a spring/veggie forward bounty. They were out of a handful of popular items. Service was also subpar - got a soup and had to ask for the right silverware for both the soup and the oysters. Waiter was very quiet and didn’t give any additional menu restaurant or menu details aside from asking for what we wanted to order. Not to mention we needed to make this reservation nearly a month in advance based on their limited availability and the restaurant was nearly empty at 7pm on a Friday night - no ambiance. Sadly our group left feeling like we made the wrong choice for a beautiful Friday night downtown.

   This is a great restaurant with wonderful food and service. Everyone was very accommodating and happy to make things perfect. The venue is beautiful.

   Staff were wonderful, attentive to service and very welcoming. Loved our deviled eggs and goat cheese appetizers! Barndiva knocked it out of the park on what so many restaurants fail. Fresh pasta was al dente and the frosting on the carrot cake was not overly sweet. Overall, a delicious meal in a fun environment with a nice assortment of local wines.

   The food was delicious, especially the salmon tartare. A little rushed as dinner came before we’d finished cocktails. But loved the space, the welcome and the deliciousness

    We really enjoyed our dinner at Barndiva. The staff were wonderful and the food was delicious. However, we were seated near a wall that displayed collectible stamps as “art” and there was one particular frame that included a stamp of a swastika. Our table was horrified to see it; it was very uncomfortable to be seated near it. We did talk to the restaurant manager about the this who was apologetic; however we were told the owners will not take it down because they believe it is “art”. We were disappointed by this, please consider taking it down. It’s an offensive hate symbol. Thank you.
