This classic French brasserie experience offers traditional brasserie fare for dinner and weekend brunch, including Burgundian Escargot wrapped in puff pastry shells, a French Onion Soup with Perigord truffle and more. Leading the brasserie’s inspired culinary team is Chef Joshua Smith, a Vegas favorite and longtime Mina collaborator.

Offering a subtle nod to Hemingway’s Paris, BARDOT Brasserie’s cocktail program is derived from classic cocktail recipes and incorporates eclectic French spirits with offerings such as the “Le Detroit” and the “And God Created Woman”. Food was amazing but lack of service! As a fellow restaurant owner I want to take the time to give you me feedback when dining this time with you guys. I love Bardot every time when in Vegas, although this time when visiting on Sunday the 20 of January we left unsatisfied. Since we arrived the waiter took about 15 minutes to greet us after that we ordered and food was amazing as always, but noticed that three tables next to us had complaints about different things the one in front of us got broken glass because the waiter accidentally spilled the drinks on their coats and just apologized smiling which is when the table just got up and left because they were so mad. Then the one next to us the waiter got the order wrong, and the third one complained about just one plate arriving when the two wanted to eat at the same time. We as many other table noticed the situation and realized that the manager just took the trouble to go to 1 of these three tables. When in this position being in charge of a restaurant like this you have to be going around all of the tables making sure everything is not okay but excellent and especially when all of these situations that shouldn’t be happening are occurring. I hope you really take action and make sure these type of things don’t happen when a restaurant like this has so much prestige and potential.

Balthazar knock off. Food is very good. Waiter nice, but had too many tables. After 20 minutes without drinks, I called over the manager. He was put out to be bothered.

Onion soup is wonderful, bellinis and bloodied good, bacon superb. I also enjoyed the French omelet. If you go and expect to wait a bit it’s a good experience. Not Balthazar good, but still worth going

We were excited to eat at this beautiful restaurant and it was the only one we had not tried at Aria. We were sat at a table for two that was teeny. Why must restaurants make their tables so small that all you can fit is your drink and a plate. We started with the mussels that were just ok. Shared the Bardot salad that was so average. Nothing special. Main entrees were a filet and pork chop. The filet was good but again average. I ordered the pork chop and should have paid more attention to the description. Not a fan of bacon on anything but eggs and this came with so much bacon that’s all I tasted. My fault. Service was good but server just didn’t seem to really have a ton of energy. We did enjoy a nice glass of Foley Johnson Cabernet. So our next trip back to Aria we will not be dining at Bardot.

A very classic French restaurant. Service was very nice, we sat at their bar and had a couple of martinis and they were delicious 😋 we just had a few appetizers and hung out. Will go back!

Sunday Brunch prior to heading to the airport...so sad! Based on a ton of reviews and a few locals who also raved about brunch, we decided to give it a try! We were a party of 3 and we were warmly welcomed at the hostess stand and taken immediately to our table. The waiter stop by quickly and took our drink order...did I mention they have bottomless sparkling Rose’ at brunch? Thank you!
We ordered the French Omelette served with fresh herbs, hash browns and a light salad and it was the best omelette we’ve ever had! We also ordered the French Toast, which is a lie because it is a BLOCK of brioche bread. Unbelievably decedent and perfectly prepared...just look at that picture! I had the French Dip with fries. Again, another masterpiece! This place rocks and you won’t be disappointed!

It has been awhile since my last meal here, and it is clear I forgot how amazing the food is. From start to finish, everything was spectacular!

Started out with seared foie gras on a bed of polenta, escargot puff pastries, and an onion gratinee soup. All fabulous. For main courses, we had the duck a la orange and the rack of lamb. The duck was outstanding. Perfectly cooked, the sauce was great, and the sides a great compliment. For dessert the chocolate macaron is super good. The only thing that was disappointing was the baked Alaska, which was somewhat bland to be honest. Everything else was excellent and will make my next visit sooner than later.

Let me some this up for you...go! Service was impeccable, pre-dinner cocktails and our entrees were TO DIE FOR. The only thing that was just okay were the starters. Staying at Aria for a weekend getaway and were looking for some French food for dinner. As always, Yelp to the rescue! Made reservations through OpenTable at 8:30 and done! Arrived a little early and sat at the bar for a pre-dinner cocktail. We ordered a dirty Grey Goose martini with Bleu cheese olives for my wife and I got the And God Created Woman....both were perfection, absolute PERFECTION! We were seated exactly on time in a beautiful booth and our waiter stopped by almost immediately. The busses dropped off one of their signature baguettes and that amazing butter...oh that amazing butter! We ordered Lobster Bisque (my wife's absolute favorite thing on the planet to order) and the mussels for starters, the gnocchi and scallops for our entrees and a bottle of Chalk Hills Chardonnay. Everything came out quickly, piping hot, perfectly plated and picture worthy! Both the starters were good, but not great. Don't get me wrong , there was nothing wrong, but they paled in taste compared to everything else. The bisque had big chunks of Lobster, but was a little bland and had pieces of undercooked vegetables in it. It was not the Seinfeld "...I mentioned the bisque" kind of starter. My mussels we big and plump, but the broth was watery. Again, good but not amazing. Our entrees were exactly what I had expected. The gnocchi were the epitome of soft clouds and the sauce was soooooo good! The scallops were done to perfection and could not have been done any better. Overall this place is worth every penny...from the service, to cocktails, to dinner. Go...go...go!!!!

What a wonderful meal! We started the meal off with escargot in puff pastry – like a buttery garlic explosion in your mouth. My dining companion had the gnocchi. Imagine if you will, potato dumplings so light that they appear to float right off the plate. Airy and buttery, truly delicious. I had the roast chicken. Who knew that such a humble dish could be brought to such extraordinary heights. The skin was brown and crispy to perfection, while the chicken itself was tender and juicy. The sommelier found us a bottle of wine that we’d been looking for. I ended the meal with the chocolate macaroon. Our server asked if we wanted to split that. I said oh no just for me. Little did I know that the macaroon would be the size of a dinner plate and piled high with chocolate ganache. Then of course the server poured warm chocolate sauce on top. I made a valiant effort at the macaroon but was only able to make a small dent in it. We took it back to her hotel room where we had a fridge and I spent the better part of two days eating chocolate macaroon. It held up surprisingly well in the fridge too! So definitely split that if you order it. It is a chocolate lovers delight! Wonderful waitstaff, delightful visit from the manager, and the food was amazing.

I really liked the Midnight in Paris and the Duck is amazing. The service was lovely too. We enjoyed a quiet nite out in the middle of our Vegas visit.

Everything was outstanding. I had rack of lamb and wife had chicken. Both were extraordinary. Our server Nelson was fabulous. He also provided a wine recommendation for my lamb that was perfect! We’ll be back!

I read the menu incorrectly and swore there was a vegetarian option. My boyfriend loves steak and I have always wanted to eat at a Michael Mina restaurant, so I thought this was a great option. No veggie option on the menu (my fault - I didn't read close enough). The chef and our server were so kind to make me a fabulous truffle gnocchi on new years eve - a crazy busy night. So thank you! It was wonderful - and the cocktails divine.

Went to Bardot's in the Aria on the Vegas Strip for a birthday celebration during the holidays, and an anniversary on top. It seemed to escape the waiter that this was a special occasion and the server was spread too thin evidently because he was AWOL most of the night. He took our drink order, then refused to take an order for starters asking that we place our entire order at the same time. We did so and the appetizers appeared as if they had been made and sat sitting on a shelf waiting for my order...which was probably the case.

The menu tried too hard to be old school French with the standard French Onion soup, Foix Gras', Wellington, etc. but the execution was lacking...it seemed as if the cooking had been phoned in, and any creativity in creating the menu was lost in bored repetitive execution. Vaguely reminiscent of a Disney park theme restaurant...and just as boring.

After asking for the bill so that we could leave, we were asked by the waiter who didn't wait if we would like to charge it to our room. For the third time, we told him we were not hotel guests but I assume he was too busy to notice or care.

The food was uninspired and so was the service, but the manager made up for it by comping the meal... it still didn't sit well.

Service was professional. Food was good,especially appetizers. Maybe a notable chef like Michael Mina shound stop using inedible broccolini. What is so attractive about leaving on a plate a clump of chewed green stuff?

Lovely brunch spot at Aria. The aesthetic is French cafe, with dark wood and beautiful floral arrangements. We tried the pastrami cured salmon (excellent), the escargots (nice flakey crust, but under salted), the breakfast sandwich (large enough to share), and the French toast (amazing, the almond syrup is heavenly). Will definitely visit again!

We had reservations on Christmas at 9 pm. We were told we would get a 15 minute grace period to get to the restaurant. Given we are out of towners and it was Christmas, traffic was worse than anticipated. We got to the restaurant 2 minutes past the grace period after running to get there and we were turned away. We are m life platinum members and spend a lot of money at the resort yet we’re not wining to accommodate 2 minutes. Nowhere to go on Christmas, we were disappointed to stay the least.

It was a nice dinner, but for Christmas we expected more. Service was really under Niveau!!
Foie gras was overvooked, quality of duck breast was good but not the preperation. The skin was flabby and not crispy. Wine was excellent in wrong glasses and this wine really needs a decanter!!!

Fantastic meal for Christmas Dinner! It was our first visit to this restaurant and we can't wait to eat here again! We started with a beautiful charcuterie plate and I could sit there for hours with just this starter and a couple of bottles of great wine! The service was perfect and we enjoyed the recommendation from their sommolier.
