What a shame........beautiful restaurant but the noise was so bad we couldn't hear the person across the table. By the time we left I was exhausted from yelling instead of talking in a normal voice. We pulled up an app that measure noise level and found it to be above what OSHA would consider safe for employees to be in for an entire shift.
I know that they have lots of business as all the nice restaurants in vegas do, but I will not go back to them.
Food is fantastic. But eating anywhere great in Vegas is a pricey affair. 1 app 3 dinners and a bottle of wine $450. The good will it bought was priceless. Do try the steak tartare. It’s Superb
The food was great...the service was phenomenal. We can't wait to visit, again.
Food and service were spot on! Best meal of the weekend hands down.
Oscar the server is the worst server ever. He did not add to the experience. In fact, he took away from the experience. Party of 3 on 1/18 for 1pm brunch.
Oscar: you ready to order?
Me: yes. I’ll have the French toast.
Oscar: you want to add bacon?
Me: yes if it is the double cut bacon ($13) *while pointing to it on the menu*
Oscar: that’s what I said.... in a very annoyed tone.
Ok. My bad? Just wanted to confirm.
Then my friend was torn between two drinks and so which one is better. He kept telling us to get the endless mimosa. My friend didn’t want a mimosa. In CA, one person can’t have two drinks. Since this is Vegas he asked Oscar if he can have multiple drinks since he was torn and wanted to try both. Oscar went on this huge rant about how security is watching us and if we have more than one drink security will come to our table and his job is on the line.
Ok bro. Chill. We will just order one Bloody Mary.
Then he disappeared. He was talking to all the other tables but not coming to us. My friend wanted to order a second drink so I flagged him down. We saw the drink come up on the service well at the bar. It sat there (we timed it) for 14 minutes. No one else ran it out. The bartender didn’t tell someone to run it out. Oscar was too busy talking to his other tables.
Ok. We are done. Check please. I gave him 15% for the terrible service. The little machine printed out a slip and he threw it on the table because he saw the low tip I gave him. And walked away. Didn’t say anything.
Come to Bardot but avoid Oscar.
I’ve never felt so ignored at a restaurant. I understand that it was busy, but coming for a celebratory brunch after getting engaged, my partner and I hoped to have a nice meal and bottomless rosé. We were sat in the corner right beside the server station where there was constant banging of drawers and cutlery. We waited 10 minutes just to get menus. After ordering appetizers and champagne our food came before we received the champagne from the cart that was right behind us at the server station. The server didn’t ask if we wanted anything else (we hadn’t ordered mains yet) but took our menus. We had to tell him we were ready to order more. After receiving our mains from a food runner I had to ask for missing cutlery, and the server never came back to ask if everything was ok, or if we wanted more champagne. We had to wave over a food runner to take our empty plates, and didn’t see our server until he wordlessly dropped off our check without asking if we wanted anything else or if we enjoyed anything. It was the most disappointing experience in our trip to Las Vegas.
One of the best meals I’ve ever had. That flat iron has me drooling for more and I loved the Brussel sprouts
What otherwise would have been 5 star because the food was excellent, was marred by an upsell on the wine. Choosing a certain wine we were told that they were out and they would find us a comparable. It was 25.00 more and wouldn’t price match. Take it off of the wine list then! Not the price but the principle. They ended up finding the original requested wine after all. On a positive note the onion soup was excellent as was the beef carpaccio. I would return!
Service was superb and the menu items are great. You can't get this fare just anywhere :)
I prefer brunch here over dinner, but this time we did dinner. Good service, excellent lobster bisque, and a lovely atmosphere.
Delicious food. A little overpriced.
The food was great but Oscar cut us off on unlimited Rose🤷♀️we were not loud or belligerent. We were staying at the ARia. And he cut us off before an hour..... it’s brunch. The manager made things right but jeez. Went again today. Different waiter better experience so today I would give it 5 stars.
Most of the food was actually quite good. My wife had the pork chop and a few hours later, got quite ill and spent the night getting sick. Clearly wasn't a good night for us. Was quite an expensive meal, so that didn't help the situation either.
The quality of food has decreased compared to my previous visits. The lobster was over cooked. The cream brulee was definitely not the quality that I expected, it was too watery. The service was great however.
Great food, unique flavors, good portions, don’t forget to order the stacked Mac and cheese!
This has been my 5th or 6th time at Bardot over the past couple of years and it was my worst experience. Bardot used to be solid in every aspect of the dining experience, but it just didn’t feel the same this past weekend. The waiter seemed to be always in a rush, with not a lot of tables to wait on. He splashed a mimosa on my girlfriend’s face and did not offer any other help, other than a quick sorry. The food seemed to not have the same care as it once did. Hopefully it was just this one time, BUT I do see that Mina’s restaurant’s do seem to lower the bar after they’ve been open for a couple of years.
Despite not being busy food came to table cold
Very nice and awesome brunch. French toast and bacon perfect together.
The food and service were great. They have tons of delicious options for brunch - it was hard to choose!
Made a reservation 2 weeks ago but we were seated at a small table on the edge of the bar, not in the dining room. We asked to move... server had to ask about that even though there were many empty tables. Once seated at our new table, we were forgotten about. The server in our area almost avoided us. Finally flagged him down to order. I had two cocktails which were well crafted. We opened w French onion soup which was average. Perhaps more annoying was that another waiter dropped off the soups while chatting w a colleague. Rude. We both had steak frites. This was excellent. The sauces were good but salty. We shared an apple tarts tatin for dessert. It was not good. It should have been warm, oozing buttery sauce, melting the ice cream... nope. We ate maybe a quarter of it. A server noticed we weren’t touching it anymore and asked if he could remove it. Then we sat for a long time before I flagged our server for the bill. The service was extremely disappointing. Never once were we asked how we were doing, or if we were enjoying the food. No attentiveness, not even when the plates were delivered. We will not be back.
The atmosphere’s great, the food’s delicious, and the service is outstanding.
Not impressed by the New Years menu options . Poor choice of sides . Cold French fries not my favorite option with my steak. However , meat was perfectly cooked.
My husband gnocchi was awful. The service was impeccable and they shortly brought him the pork chop which was inedible. Nothing was taken off of our bill
Food is good, but extremely overpriced for what you get. Restaurant interior is fabulous! Reminds me a bit of Balthazar in NYC.
We had the best time
Service great. So many people came over to say they remembered us and thanked us for coming back
Very sweet place
Outstanding from start to finish. Nelson was an amazing server. Always on hand whenever we needed his help. Food was awesome!!
From start to finish an amazing experience. I was a single diner but made welcome and given such professional and personable service.
Bardot Brasserie always excels in service and food. We have been here several times and each time, the food and service have been great. I always start with the French Onion soup - it’s truly authentic with great flavor. Their take on a Caesar salad is really extraordinary with crab on pieces of endive - it’s delicious. And the service can be counted on to be attentive but not intrusive. This restaurant is a great find.
Beautiful ad delicious!
Dinner was fabulous. Service was amazing. We highly recommend this restaurant
People sometimes complain about small portions at French restaurants. Not true here. We started with a cheese course, then has onion soup. Both excellent. Lots of cheese on the onion soup. I had the pork chop a la normande. Very delicious and a large in size. Bring your appetite. My husband's prime rib was excellent, tender, and cooked perfectly. The espresso creme brulee was divine. Great experience; will definitely go back.
We had a lovely Christmas brunch at Bardot. We ordered the escargot puffs, the breakfast sandwich and a basket of bread/pastries, a copper mug of French mule and coffee. Such a satisfying meal in a wonderful setting. Our waiter Briton was so engaging and delightful and he certainly contributed to our enjoyable experience. We will back for dinner another time, and also dine at the other Michael Mina restaurants in Las Vegas. We have always enjoyed the dinner at his restaurant in San Francisco where we used to live, and are looking forward to a similar wonderful dinners in Las Vegas where we moved. Happy to report we were pleased with this new experience, one we want to repeat again and again.
The food was delicious and the service was amazing!
Very expensive restaurant. Table in the bar is out of Main área
Difficult to find this restaurant. On the promenade level. We were seated by the bar so the atmosphere was not great. I expected a restaurant atmosphere. Service was ok. Took a while to order. Chicken was very good as was the sea bass. Probably would not return unless we could Be seated in the restaurant section.
I ordered the beef Wellington. It was a master piece.
We’ve been at Bardot quite a few times over the past 4 or 5 years. Last night’s experience was disappointing, unfortunately... It didn’t operate as a restaurant worthy of being called Michael Mina. Not sure if there is new mgt or a new chef, but they’ve got to do better than that.
It was an amazing experience. Good was incredible and service was outstanding. Ace and Carmen did a superb job.
Phenomenal restaurant with top notch service and food.
