    Amazing spot in San Francisco for a big group! We were able to book 12 people for my birthday party and they treated us with care. Really felt like a European type atmosphere, don’t eat here if you’re in a rush! You’re gonna want to enjoy yourself over at least a couple of hours. Everything we had was sumptuous and a diverse variety of spices and cuisines

    Our server, Riley, was very engaging and attentive. Another lady, presumably a manager or owner, also delivered a few of our plates and was equally as engaging as our server. Overall, 10/10 and an impressive deviation from the standard steakhouse/American fare.

    Run, don't walk! I've been to Barcha many times for lunch, drinks, and dinner and it never disappoints. I've been with co-workers, friends, dates, and family and somehow it's perfect for all of it. The food is delicate and delicious with creative spices and flavors, paired beautifully. (Disclaimer: I'm half Lebanese and have been wonderfully spoiled by these regional flavors). The decor is rich with detail yet comes across as light and fresh. I ordered one of their special cocktails because I had to try what sumac tasted like in a drink and it was fabulous! The Moroccan cigars were moist and flavorful (as always!) and the burrata crostini with eggplant and peach was a very nice twist with a wonderful depth of flavor. The spreads and grilled pita are anything but basic and the fattoush was fresh and crispy, a nice offset to the rich spreads. Get over the sub-optimal location and make the trip to this jewel of the middle east with a contemporary twist!

    The food was so so good. Had the chickpea hummus, spiced beef dumplings and Shrimps. Our waiter was pleasant. Particularly loved the shrimps. Will definitely be back to explore the rest of the menu.

    Barcha is a great go-to for business lunch downtown. Great food and quick, attentive service - perfect for business lunch. Starters are amazing - beef dumplings is a must-try as well as the croquettas. Salad is a great main option - can add protein to any salad (recommend adding falafel or chicken shwarma). The saffron rice is amazing - fragrant and fluffy rice - add chicken shwarma for an amazing meal. Save room for the baklava. Highly recommend this place!

    For lunch had the turkish beef/lamb wrap schwarma sandwich which comes with red lentil soup, fries or salad. . Soup was very disappointing…cold, watery, not very tasty or flavorful and too much tortilla strips thrown in. Don’t think the tortilla strips were any good. It’s good in Mex lime soups but not with mediterranean lentil soup. The wrap was also very disappointing. super hot as it was grilled and not much meat with veg filling. Meat was chopped very small and thin and too too hot to eat as it was grilled then wrapped then grilled again. They placed it in a paper sleeve. Both were just thrown on plate so seemed very bare for $22.00. The Arnold Palmer beverage was good. Extremely disappointing as had been there number of times prior for lunch and dinner and food was much better. My husband had the $36 steak kebab with salad & french fries and a coke. We paid almost $100 for a mediocre disappointing lunch. For me, a good restaurant is when all menu items are consistently delicious, well plated and balanced. None of that was true for my schwarma lunch.

    Great choice for a lunch with a mixed table of vegetarians and others. Easy entrees, good drinks. One new thing; the bumping EDM music track played over the heads of the outside tables? Made doing a business a little more challenging. Servers were too busy to address it.

    I love everything about Barcha. The service is almost always impeccable and the food is consistently delicious. I find myself always wanting to go there because I’ve never been disappointed. Excellent vegetarian options too. Interesting wines to try, I could go on and on!

    Barcha is a neighborhood gem. Great food with lots of options for share plates. Good wine list. Both times we’ve been there, we had Didier who is delightful! Sitting outside is less noisy. When it’s busy inside it can get quite loud but depends on the table location. Love their hummus. The roasted cauliflower is delicious with a bit of a spicy edge to it. Had three share plates plus a skewer each and were nicely full.

    The wait staff and everyone there really were really nice and went out of their way to be helpful. I thought they were quite good at what they did and went out of their way(s) at times to be accommodating. We had the salmon and thought it was just okay, not great. We both (there were two of us) thought there should have been more of the really good side that went with it. The side seemed rather sparing. I went to Barcha for lunch and loved it. Maybe it was just what I ordered at lunch I liked better than what I ordered at dinner. I don't know if I would recommend it. I might just give them my review. I like the location for its convenience and how nice everyone is!

    Great ambience. Server was in a bad mood and did not check on us throughout the service. Noise level tremendously loud. Aso very little lighting could not see what you were eating. We went in the evening.
