Jefferson was an outstanding waiter and the grilled octopus was probably one of the best dishes I've ever had!

We've been there several times. We enjoy the friendly service and the good food. We've started ordering the Farmer's Soup at every meal. It is just the way we like our soup. I had the Lamb Shank and found it to be very good. It was more than I could eat so I enjoyed it again the following day at home. I recommend Barbianca.

This is a real gem. Low-key, not pretentious - the menu will have something for everyone. The Salmon was delicious as was the Osso Bucco. No complaints! Sit outside on the patio.

I wanted to have drinks and small bites for my 30th birthday with around 15 guest myself included. I immediately thought of the Barbianca Local Kitchen. I've been to the Barbianca Local Kitchen for drinks with my co-worker in the past so I've grown accustom to the great customer service I received from the bartender Tammy. Well this visit the complete opposite, from the time I checked in for my reservation Joe G. had the worst attitude from someone I've ever encountered working in customer service. While giving the hostess my name to look up my reservation Joe interrupted her to say "We called you to confirm 4 times and no one picked up the phone". When I asked the hostess to read back the number that was called, they had my telephone number off by a digit, and not once did Joe say I'm sorry for the mistake on our behalf. After that Joe continued to keep his attitude when he tells me that he can't seat us until 50% of the party was present. For as long as I've been living in West Los Angeles and surrounding areas there has always been traffic, especially on a Saturday evening when people are trying to enjoy their weekends off. To not stand in the middle of the restaurant I just told him to seat my party of 8 at the time and later when my other guest arrived we had to be inconvenienced while the staff moved more tables back over to our original section to make room for the guest that finally arrived. The drinks were great throughout the night thanks to Tammy, as was the food. But the service we received from our waiter Jefferson started off good but during the visit he slowly disappeared causing us to get up and get the pitcher from the side of the bar and refill our own water. We didn't know if Jefferson had gone on his break or home for the evening, we had to ask another member of the wait staff to get him out the back to get our check. This was probably the last time I come to Barbianca Local Kitchen, this was not a good experience.

The hot sauce The hot sauce The hot sauce The Fennel Sausage Pepperoni pizza has a hidden flavor that is amazing. It's unique. Arugula and Quinoa salad had just enough pizazz in the dressing to want more. Whoever the chef is, he or she, they did a fabulous job. The shrimp and seafood angel hair was sooo wonderful. We went online to order J's hot sauce and love it. It's truly the best hot sauce I have ever tasted.

Surprisingly good restaurant for a hotel. Unacceptably high corkage fee for a non-destination restaurant. Can get a little noisy if a lot is going on at the bar.

We like to eat early and arrived at 5:00 PM. About 25% of the seats were being occupied, so the service was quite attentive. We like to mix happy hour food and drinks with the regular menu so there are attractive savings and excellent Italian dishes. Food and Drinks were very good. Barbianca is a place we will be going back to often.

Very good food and Drink. We were early, 5:00 PM, so we had our choice of table and very attentive service. Happy hour prices are attractive if you like to eat early.
