Nice beer selection and great apps
Here on a quiet Saturday night to celebrate a friend's birthday and it was gratefully quiet - though I hear it is usually loud. Service and food both good. Style of the restaurant is not my thing so likely will not visit again. But the pizza and tuna tartare and calimari all delicious and recommended.
Great Happy Hour values. $6 martinis and great draft beer selection at easonable prices. Lots of fun foods.
It is in a transitional state right now so I will be back when the dining area is reopened for a better idea of what this place is about.
We were treated quite well by our server.
There was only one server for the entire dining room. We got our entrees before our appetizer. Mixed drinks and cocktails were weak and too sweet. Food was edible. It took us over half an hour and three times to get our server to bring us our check. The only saving grace is their great on tap beer list. This place is severely understaffed. Come here to drink beer and don't bother trying their food.
Fun new kitchen and bar scene in Silver Lake. Pretty good food and we had a great server.
Overall a great place to get a drink and some food with friends. I made a reservation and had hoped to be sat a table but instead found ourselves being directed to the lounge with these long sofas and low lying tables. Personally, I am not a fan of having my food at knee level but we made do. The Vegetarian burger was good. The fresh cut fries were even better than the burger. The mushroom risotto we ordered was a little to dry for our tastes. It resembled more oatmeal than the smoothness that risotto is supposed to be. I enjoyed my Moscow Mule and sampled my friend's Mojito Tini which was also very well received. I would go back to try the full menu. Bar menu is somewhat limiting.
Nearly everything I ordered, they were out of, forcing me to find a lot of second choices.
We've had most of the items on the menu, and pretty much anything that would end up on the happy hour menu. Everything is great, but above all, the mac n' cheese is perfect each and every time! We've come here for date night, for birthday parties, and for more rowdy celebrations. The ambiance is perfect for everything. Just note - parking can be difficult to find (it is Silverlake), so just valet to save time.
