Great experience taking my work team for dinner. Food was amazing, service was great. Everyone raved about the food they ordered, great location in the heart of Covent Garden. Will definitely book again.

We looked forward to our reservation at Balthazar since we have dined at the NYC location and it was delicious, but that was not the case for the London location. The service was just OK, the food was not good, especially for the prices. When we told the manager when leaving the restaurant that we were disappointed with our meals, he said to leave a review and sometime the kitchen is on and sometime they are off. Save your money and time!

We were four and came for brunch Sunday. Sadly, the food was disappointing, and overpriced. The poached eggs were overcooked, muffins not fresh/ toasted, all quite tasteless. The lobster tail Mac and cheese was very disappointing. The one exceptionally good dish was a dessert, Paris Brest. Fortunately, our waiter was very charming and efficient.

Lovely three course lunch with friends. Enjoyed the mozzarella starter, turkey and Christmas pudding from the Nutcracker menu. Very reasonable price. Attentive service but not over the top. This is the second time I’ve been here in a month and it is now one of my favourite places.

This restaurant has one major problem - the noise. It is very difficult to hold a conversation with your dinner partner if you can hardly hear what he/she is saying.
