   Me and my family decided to go for a dinner on Friday night and booked a table at Balls Brothers at Hays Galleria and we were very dissatisfied and disappointed. When we got there place was extremely loud and people were just hanging everywhere, but that was not the main issue, we asked for our table and the host took as and showed is where was our table which was dirty, but that was not the main problem, we waited until they cleaned it and we were seated. Directly over our heads there was a music speaker that was fully on and we couldn’t even have conversation and we asked if that was possible to lower the volume down, but the waiter said no.. we were waiting for menus about 20min more and got really upset and left to another near by restaurant.

   I've always enjoyed the choice of wines at Balls Brothers, the cocktails are good and then we tried the food. A great range of dishes on offer, it's very noisy when it gets full and the service takes longer when its busy but worth a visit for a catch up with friends - food is always good never had any issues.

   Rubbish food, awful service. I actually complained. Thankfully the manager did however deal with me very well and tried to recify the situation

    Location is good, the bar is nice. The food is average but the service really bad. Our reservation was wrong, the service was slow and quite rude. Asking for basic items like some butter for the bread was treated like it was a major inconvenience.
