   OUTSTANDING! The service was absolutely IMPECCABLE! Our server Alex's knowledge of the menu, including "off menu" items was incredible and truly made our night unforgettable! He walked us through each dish with such detail and passion that it made an average date night feel like a super special dining experience! Everything was impeccable from start to finish, from the atmosphere to the expertly crafted food! Everything exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning soon!    I have a very “picky family” of children and grandchildren, plus “gluten-free”,”dairy-free” and “personal” restrictions that have to be considered.    The food is always fresh and prepared well. The servers are helpful and attentive. When I failed to notify our server of my avocado allergy she insisted on returning my roll to the kitchen to be remade. We sat upstairs so the noise level was slightly louder than that downstairs.

   Wished my tomahawk steak wasn’t delivered at room temperature. Some heat in it would have been nice.

   Amon is an excellent server and his section is always our first choice to be in. Food was also delicious always. 10/10 would highly recommend!

   Everything amazing except maybe the music. Best sushi in Charlotte, wish it was maybe a bit more lively for the younger crowd. But again, amazing. 100% recommend, best quality of all CLT ❣️

   The food is always excellent here; the salmon belly is a must-order. There's a wide enough variety for all appetites. Food comes out when ready, which is nice. The bartender accommodated my guest's drink request, then asked for feedback. The only critique is that the upstairs is too dark to read a menu - I even saw a group of high school girls using their phone lights - so it's not just something that older adults experience.

    Our first time at Baku and enjoyed our time. The food came out quickly and we enjoyed all of the choices from appetizer to desert.
